All safety precautions were in place with extra wrapping and all. This is my favorite purchase this year and perfect for my dorm room.
Better late than never I guess. The order was late for a week or little under that.. didn't count the days exactly. Now for the product then that is definitely 5/5.
Absolutely stunning
The photos on the website really don't do justice how good these signs actually look in real life! For this price, it was definitely a steal. I am very happy with my purchase and already planning a second one.

This place is a joke and a scam. We bought my son a green Starwars sign. It came in cheap packaging and flickered when you turn it on. When asked for a replacement the company sent parts instead. Pretty Terrible Experience. Don't waste your time.

Buyer beware! The worst company ever to shop with!
I purchased a light from this company which arrived broken! I messaged the company and after waiting over a week received a reply back letting me know they would not reimburse me for the broken light or send me a shipping label to ship it back.
Then I got on eBay. I paid 119.00 for my light and found the exact same light on eBay 18.99! Less than 100.00! I again messsged the company... if we can even call it a company! The owner messaged back laughing letting me know I pretty much was scammed by him and due to his written policy on website I was stuck with broken light that I over odiferous 100.00 for!
Do not buy from this company!

Completely misleading!
Will not respond to unsatisfied customers.
Will NOT accept returns.
Website has extremely misleading & vague terminology.
CHEAP material
1.) Ordered an item listed as IN STOCK. Then I was told they could not accept returns for ‘Specially Ordered’ items.
2.) Business is listed in Nevada, USA. They are ONLY an intermediary company. They reference 'ship internationally' but fail to mention the 'to’ or ‘from' part. My package came from China with the sender being "Feng Bo’ ??? Clearly NOT 'Fansigns.' If I had any idea this was coming FROM another country, let alone China, I NEVER would have ordered.
4.) Website notes extra $ for expediting processing. I was later informed " 'processing' is not the same as 'shipping'." Whatever that means! Again, another rouse to hide behind.
5.) Website references tracking the package. Their 'delivery company' was China- based and provided ZERO information as to the actual location and estimated timing of receipt. For FOUR days all that was listed & updated daily: "Shipment in transit at Transit Center. Thank you for waiting."
