I canceled my online purchase
I canceled my online purchase, because the fanshop near the stadion had the article on stock. My kid needed this article sooner than he expected. After I send the cancellation with te request for a confirmation and a refund. I received the same day a reaction that it is no and that my money is on his way with in a few business days. Great service!

I had to wait more than a month to receive my order in Australia. That being said once I received my order I was over the moon.
I just think Castore or Feyenoord should give international customers the option for a express delivery maybe via FedEx or DHL.
