At first I was not willing to give a 5 star review because in the last 2 orders within 2 months, I have had to re-order several DP's because they were out of stock. I complained to customer service (Amy) because on the website out of stock was often not indicated. The back and forth of re-ordering was annoying and time consuming.(The reason for 4 stars)But in the end, Amy was an excellent and honest communicator in explaining in great detail that they are in the process of fixing this known problem. I will demonstrate patience because I have been a long-time customer that has been quite happy with Fansells. A big thanks to Amy!

Pictures were Flag & Eagle 40 x50 Indian,Tiger,Wolf 40x50 and Violet Kitty 50x60.

I’ve been ordering from Fancells for 4 years
I have never had any problems with them, in fact the absolute opposite. In fact, one time I was missing the drills from a Diamond Painting I contacted them and they simply replaced them. Since then I only order from Fancells, you can’t compare the price, fast shipping and great customer service

Great customer service

Amy was really helpful. I was trying to order and it couldn't get it right and I had to keep canceling my orders. Amy had alot of patience with me and answered my questions. I finally got my order placed.This was the first time I ordered from fansells and customer service was wonderful.

I bought a kit from Fansells and it didn't have enough diamonds. I contacted them but they seem to be unable to provide me with these diamonds. They will probably ask me to contact them again following this review but I have sent eight emails so far and they haven't sent a replacement. I cannot source local diamonds for this as these are special shaped. I have already wasted a lot of money and time. I just want the product I paid for.

-- I am now updating my review to three stars. After a couple of months they sent me a different kit and I managed to replace some of the diamonds, but they were of a different colour.
