I used F + Co to manage and let out my beautiful flat in Croydon - the experience has been nothing but sweet. The team is friendly, responds in a timely manner and extremely professional. Lewis organised my end of tenancy clean quickly and I was able to get tenants (which I didn’t need to really!). I wish I had discovered the business earlier, would have saved me so much headache with managing it all myself alongside my busy schedule. Cannot recommend enough.

After contacting a few property management companies with no luck, F and co were quick to respond and had the repairs done within a few hours. 24/7 service is brilliant. Will be using them again and would highly recommend.
