DISGRACEFUL
This is the very worst shopping experience I have ever had.
I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I PURCHASED
• It took forever to arrive
• When it did it has not been hemmed at all
• The length was not even
• The zip had been sewn over, so could not function
• The fabric smelled putrid
- The company ignored many attempts to chase up
- Then they send you the most stupid emails begging you to keep the item, offering a discount to keep an item that you not possible wear
- Then they asked for me to consider given the beautiful item to a friend as gift
- They eventually (after 10+ emails) advised that if I posted it back (at my cost) they would refund
- They did not so had to be chased again
- They did not refund either postage
- The postage cost more than the purchase
They have no morals whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
