Waited weeks for a gold bracelet, that apparently they could not fulfill the order. I got excuse after excuse. 3 weeks is not convenient. I will not shop here again and I do not recommend.

I ordered matching rings and necklaces for my boyfriend’s birthday. They are so cute and I never take either of them off, even in the shower. There has been no tarnish to any of the material. I contacted them a month ago because my boyfriend’s necklace had a really big scratch on it we didn’t see when first opening the package. I emailed them asking for a replacement and they shipped one to us with no hesitation. It was unfortunately mailed to an old address I had, and I have been emailing them back and forth trying to find where the package is. They have been extremely communicative and, although we haven’t been able to find it, they graciously sent ANOTHER replacement. Their products are amazing and reliable, and their customer service is wonderful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone I know.

I only had the bracelet a week!!! The clasp must have come loose . It’s gone and I’m very upset . I want a replacement!!

I've had a great experience purchasing from this website. The piece of jewelry I purchased was perhaps a bit more expensive than the average pieces on this website, and I was initially a bit skeptical. Nowhere else carries that piece so I decided to give it a try. I then had good communciation with the customer service agent, enjoyed fast delivery, and more importantly, the piece of the jewelry itself is quite nice. (I saw some negative reviews here, but maybe they have since improved?) Anyway, it's a worthwhile purchase.

I contacted them via email 3x and chat box 4x, no response. I also tried calling and messaging them via facebook messenger - ignored. THE WORST customer service, absolutely useless. Don’t buy!!!

I’ve placed my order on 3/29/2023 and it said shipping to take 7-12 business day. It’s been over that but my order still said “order placed” with no information on the shipment of the package. Tried emailing and calling them but no response. Terrible service and have not even receive any update on my order.

Despite production issues causing a late delivery communication and support was excellent and while it took roughly 3 weeks longer the bracelet was worth the wait.

I would give 10 stars if possible. There was a very slight problem with a bracelet I ordered from FANCI.ME. I contacted them and Kate responded with in 24 hours. I explained my problem and I was very impressed with the concern, attention, and action taken. I am very pleased with the lovely bracelet and even more impressed with the customer service I received. I ordered small gold heart earrings for my wife for Christmas. They came on time and my wife love them. After wearing them for two weeks she lost one of the earrings I emailed Fanci and they allowed me to order another pair at a deep discount. Great company.

I absolutely love the airplane necklace. It’s exactly what I was looking for and worth the wait. Quickly after placing the order I received a phone call and follow up email stating that the only piece they had left did not meet quality assurance. I was asked if I would wait to receive a new piece once it was back in stock. We continued to communicate and on Jan 17th, 2023 it finally arrived and was totally worth the wait. Thanks for making the the purchase right!

I have been waiting to return my bracket for a month. No response to my email. Terrible customer service. I’m going to have to file a claim with my back in they don’t respond.

I love the necklace, it is distinct and there is nothing else like it anywhere else. The packaging was amazing and cleverly reusable, no need to even wrap it.

I believe the quality is very good. This site had exactly what I was looking for. A coupon was offered for the purchase and since it was not given, I called customer service and the amount was credited to my purchase immediately.

This is my 2nd purchase with Fanci Me. I purchased the all silver bracelet for my older son (great for smaller wrists since it has some flexibility) and the leather and silver for my younger son. (21 and 19) I also bought the leather and silver bracelet for my nephews 8th grade graduation and all 3 boys love them. Right on trend and the quality is good, good customer service and arrive on time

Packaging was fantastic, actual product is tiny. Can’t find order information.

Necklace is much smaller than pictured. Could barely see what it was. Very disappointed because I will have to return it and I loved the design.
