Fanatec Technical Support representive Chris Schulze was quick to reply and forthcoming to address a RMA for a piece of equipment. The issue was solved in 4 weeks (including Christmas holidays).

The communication with Chris from Fanatec was good, even though each mail took about 3 days to get a reply. I received my new wheelbase (GT DD Extreme) on the 12:th of December 2025, on the 16:th the same month it stopped working. After that a Support Ticket was created and on the 16:th on January 2026 a new one arrived. Let’s hope this one works as intended.

Fair communication. Could not find a phone number so if I had a real issue it would not be solved until someone emailed me back. I did by the GT Clubsport cockpit but I see it’s all on back order. Ugh

I have bought the fanatec gt dd pro for PlayStation last year, the order was quickly delivered and everything just works perfectly. Later a bought a refurbished formula v2.5 wheel wich also was delivered at perfect timing, after about 6 month there was a small problem with one of the buttons, i contacted support, that answard quick even during Christmas, they gave me some quick fix to try out. That didnt work unfortunately, so that made a returning ticket, and switch the wheel to a new one, very good support and service all the way around. I would highly recommend fanatec.

I had problems with the FFB with my DD + who got light at the first turn I took...then after some time strong again...then light again, etc etc etc.
After trying everything, I reached to fanatec support to use my warranty and get a substitution for what clearly was a detective product.
After a couple emails, I was made to correspond with Chris Schulze from Fanatec.
He provided me with everything I could ever ask for, was extremely clear in everything he needed to proceed, and made it all happen quite quickly.
Great support from a great employee.

I requested support for my wheelbase long force feedback. They did not reply for months and once they did their recommendation cause my wheelbase to brick. After I let them know they stopped all communication with me. I continued to email them without response for weeks now. This is beyond frustrating and unacceptable. They do not take responsibility for an issue they caused.

Bought dd extreme that came with cracking low quality wheel, support named "Chris S" told me to send it back and they will replace it with F1 bundle, after i sent the wheel back HE told me that they will send same dame dd extreme and not f1! Which is same price by the way. So now i wasted all this time and i finally requested a refund for all products i bought. Chris S. Should not promise things and changing his info after i pack and send items back its totalt unprofessional and low quality service. Dont buy DD extreme buy from other Companys if you want to get any service.

Unfortunately in my experience the products are quite unreliable, but the customer sercive is at least quite decent, at least some people. I have had a quite unprofessional encounter, then suddenly it has been taken over by another member of the customer service (Chris Schulze), and he was able to offer me genuine help. But it might just be me getting unlucky with faulty products, you never know,

I bought a CSL DD bundle, and in terms of hardware not much to complain about. The software works well, and it reacts pretty quickly, although sometimes what I'm seeing on my screen is different to my wheel position when you turn violently or spin out,t and mounting was a pain. The t-nuts slide around on the rails, so it took me 20 minutes of fiddling with t-bolts under my sim to get it into the right position (the mounting bolts weren't included, so Ir had to drive out to Bunnings to buy them). The only thing I have to complain about is the customer service. I ordered the bundle on the 27th of November, and it arrived on the 29th of December. I was sent the tracking number on the 25th,h so shipping wasn't long, but during that blank time, I didn't getand email saying "were sorry this is taking longer than expected to restock". There was absolutely zero communication on the estimated date or apology, the only method for me to check was to go onto the Fanatec website and read when it would be available. Then the tracking information didn't even come through Fanatec, it came through somefishy-lookingg shipping company. At least forward me the email with the Fantec logo on it so I know its offical.

I want to point out that I’ve already reached out multiple times via email and created a ticket previously, but I didn’t receive any follow-up. It’s concerning that Fanatec prefers to respond on the review platform rather than directly to customer emails. Additionally, it’s worth noting that the backordered item is now available, which makes the delay and communication issues even more frustrating. I hope we can resolve this promptly and see improvements in customer service moving forward.
