I lost my job and left the program with two accounts still open three years later in a panic I called these people, and they help me patiently, kindly and professionally help me with these acc. I am so thankful I stumbled across Family Credit Management. It has been hands down the best decision to go with them. Before I came across them, I was getting so many phone calls, texts, emails to the point that it was annoying and felt defeated. The difference with FCM is that I was able to communicate with them by text and email. Which worked best for me so that I could respond when I could during work. The process was throughly explained and was such an easy process. FCM has lifted this heavy burden off my shoulders. I’m looking forward to being debt free!
