I ordered a custom dress with waistband and it was perfect! Beautiful colour and very good quality. Customer service were very helpful also, I had emailed to see if there was any chance of getting it by a certain date said they’d see what they can do and had it 2 weeks before the event. Very happy

Everything went super smooth with my order! The gown arrived earlier than anticipated!
I was happy FP advised me to upsize my gown based on the measurements I provided, and the fit was perfect so I was very grateful for that as well in addition to a gorgeous great quality gown <3

I bought the Nancy dress for my rehearsal dinner - I customized it so it wasn't so long. The top was too big, I was able to tailor it easily. I am small chested. For reference I am a 32b, 27-27 in waist and got the size 6. I got soooo many compliments. The material was light but not see through as that was my worry.

I ordered the Francois maxi dress in black for a friend’s wedding and I got soooo many compliments on the dress!
Love their custom options but I needed the dress sooner than 2 weeks and reached out to costumer service to see if they had ready to wear pieces in stock. Thankfully they had my size in stock and were able to send it out the following day! Amazing communication, super nice people and quality product!

Ordered the Strappy Draped Gown in champagne and it was GORGEOUS and fit like a glove. The customer support was also super helpful and responded quickly. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I was browsing the internet for a decent, more creative prom website and came across Fame and Partners. Little did I know I was blown away by the variety of style and was able to custom order a dress for my daughter that just fit her perfectly!!!! I mean I was blown away by the perfection of the fit without tying it in person and secondly, the quality of the material used to make the dress as simply amazing!!! I would highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a dress you would like to fit perfectly. So glad I found Fame and Partners. WOW!!!

Really disappointing customer service. I had read some questionable reviews before purchasing but decided to try it because the dresses looked pretty and I liked the company’s sustainability. Unfortunately, my experience was very frustrating/disappointing. I ordered a gown for an black tie wedding, and it was a fairly expensive purchase. It arrived damaged, with a button ripped off. I reached out to the company with pictures showing that the dress arrived to me damaged. I didn’t necessarily want to return the dress because it could be fixed but thought the right thing to do would be to partially refund the order or offer a future discount. However, their response was extremely rude and they didn’t take any responsibility for the fact that their product arrived damaged. They didn’t offer anything to right the situation, and just sent a picture of how the dress looked prior to being damaged. I will not shop here again due to the poor customer service and really don’t recommend it.

I'm im love with this company.
I've made 2 orders already and I got nothing but good things to say. My first order was my wedding dress, I did adjust the breast but it was completely understanding because cup A sometimes runs big on me..
Everything else was just as described.
My second order was a mystery box, the petite option was a game changer. I know I like most of their models so there was no way I would be disappointed there.
All the dresses fit me almost perfectly and thankfully 4 out of 5 dresses had adjustable straps. That was a plus.
The variety of the styles is also very diverse, so I have dress options for most occasions now.
I completely recommend this brand ❤

Loved my dress for a bridal party. It fit like a glove and the material is super well made. Cannot wait for future events to wear this dress and future F&P dresses!

Unbelievable experience. You would think that a company that caters up to a size 22 would actually be size inclusive but it's all a ruse. I ordered a dress before my sister and although I entered my personalized measurements and approximate dress size it came way too small. I figured it was just the detriments of online shopping until my sister who is much smaller than me purchased her dress. After she sent her measurements an employee of the company had emailed her about the dress size she chose and actually consulted her on what dress size to purchase based on her body size and shape. I did not get this kind of treatment. The only real difference is our size so I can only conclude that this company is not size inclusive and is blatantly fatphobic. Was not expecting this in 2021 but here we are.

I had a really down-to-the-wire situation with the dress I ordered from Fame and Partners (self-inflicted, totally my fault!) and the F&P team was so incredibly helpful. They were so responsive and willing to help me with anything I needed. It ended up working out perfectly and I couldn't be more thankful for the team and for the beautiful dress!!

I ordered a dress for a wedding that's a couple of months away. I found out that I was pregnant and wouldn't fit into the dress by the time of the event. I returned the dress within their return window. I knew there was a fee to return but they would not fully refund me because they said the dress was damaged.

I literally tried it on once and returned it so I asked what had happened and they responded that the damage was from DOG HAIR... That's right, dog hair that you can take a lint roller to. They sent me a picture of the dress, which is still in mint condition aside from some dog hair on it that's EASILY removable. I never got my money back. I am NEVERRRRRR buying from this company again.

Oh and I should also mention that their coloring is off from their website. The dress looked like a teal-ish deep green and it was more of an emerald green when I got it so just be careful!

I was beyond impressed with the dress I ordered from Fame & Partners. It fit like a GLOVE and the quality was excellent. I was nervous to order online from a new company, but honestly - I can’t imagine a better experience. It’s like having a custom tailored dress without the huge price tag, and I’m so happy to support a company that is reducing waste in fashion. The style of the dress is perfect and I love all the ways I was able to customize it — it really feels unique. HIGHLY recommend!!

I had an amazing experience with Fame and Partners and I’ve been recommending them to everyone. I bought a bridesmaid dress and when it arrived and didn’t fit properly they worked with me to exchange the dress and use new measurements. Their costumer service team was kind, prompt, and understanding and I can not say enough about how the dress turned out. Amazing material and the fit is perfect, I can’t wait to wear it. 10/10 would recommend!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY!
I am completely dissatisfied. We the purchased a dress for my daughters first prom. We had the opportunity to buy other dresses from local shops but she just fell in love with this style and color. After studying the website and return policy, I took a chance and ordered. Based on the time frame we payed an additional $20 for expedited shipping. That was the only good thing we did because the dress came DHL from China! The site implies that it is a USA based company out of CA. Red flag should have come up when you can not find a customer service number on the site and the only way to contact them is through email. The dress claims to be customized. The color and the material are as described but the dress doesn’t have a lining! It looks and feels like a skimpy piece of lingerie that I could buy for $10! We spent $280 for this dress. We provided measurements to include 3 inch heels. The dress is too short barefoot! The seams on the hips have been altered and are bunched and appears puckered when the dress is on. I am so sad for my daughter and angry that I was fooled. Returning is no longer an option as prom is a few weeks away. There is no time or money left to go buy another, not to mention retail dresses are picked over. I have emailed them but no response yet.
Please don’t don’t be fooled by this site. Don’t throw your money away and ruin what is supposed to be an exciting event!
