Falkenmode

Absolute scam. Chinese store posing as “Netherlands” based. Low quality items advertised as mid tier and sold to unsuspecting shoppers.
Ordered a violet suit for a wedding. Ignoring the 5 week long (!) delivery time, I received a suit that was more plastic than material. Directly asked for return, only to receive emails offering a discount or a part of the money back, just so I don’t return the item. Persisted and asked for a full refund: here’s the catch, you have to pay for the transport back yourself, TO CHINA. Making it at least another 25€+. And after all that, even after the suit arrived back to them, they still haven’t issued a refund. Almost 2 weeks down the line!!

i am still waiting on the company to totally refund me as the product i paid for upfront was discontinued and they said they would totally refund me. two weeks later and i'm still waiting for the money. they keep saying do i want other products, or they will offer me 25% refund but wont give me the full amount!
do not touch them. they are most unprofessional!

The rainjacket is verry nice, beautiful color but very small. I think more than one size smaller as normaly. But its ok, i dont eat as much as usually and in a view weeks its form is perfekt.
