Do not order from this company. They also go by a few other names on facebook. Once you complain, they will block you and not allow you to comment. I have disputed my charge with my credit card company.
The return policy that they post on their website is bogus. You are instructed to email them within 30 days upon receipt of goods. I email 3 times within this time period, and they never responded.
The clothing does not look like the images that they post on line. The fabric is poor quality. I do not know how they are still allowed to operate as a business. Please do not allow yourself to be duped.

Placed an order for 3 dresses middle of April 2021. Received last week of May, so the wait was kind of long. For what I received and the cost of the dresses, I was satisfied and even want to buy another couple of dresses from them. I have read several reviews, some wonderful and some not good at all. I think it is always a risk to purchase items this way, but I was overall satisfied. I thought about returning one dress, but with the low cost of the item, I just didn't want the hassle, so I just kept it. When emailing about delivery date, it would take a couple of days to get a response, but not an excessive wait.
Hope this helps some of you make an informed decision.

The clothes from this company are poor quality. I ordered around $300 worth of clothing from Falissa. Took forever to finally show up. No returns! No help! The communication with this company is horrible. Do NOT order from them. Please read reviews and listen. When I attempted to contact them through email they wanted me to send photos! Um I think Not. They offered a ridiculously low amount in return. $30? $57? $80? NO! Please just quit doing this to people!!!

Terrible products and customer service.This company doesn't give you the information to return their products. The quality is poor. All I want to do is return all the dresses I purchased and get my money back. It should be a straight forward process. Ridiculous :(

This company is only out to get your money. I bought 4 dresses = $133 and need to return 3. I have requested a return label on several emails. Now they just refuse to contact me. First I had to send pictures of the items and I did. The next message asked if they could refund me $15 and just keep them. Crooks. I responded no and now they won’t communicate with me. PLEASE STAY AWAY. I’m getting ready to post on Facebook.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam and the quality is absolutely horrendous. They will not even allow you to return the clothing.

5 of the 7 dresses fit exactly as described and people reviews. The other two I was too tall for.

Terrible experience. I ordered three items. One of which was ok. The fit was off as was the coloring. When I tried to return the two items they tried to offer me $10 to keep them. When I said no, they upped the offer to $25 and so on until I finally relented with a close enough amount not to have to ship it back to Dubai. Quality of the clothing is super thin. Waste of money.

I ordered about $300.00 worth of clothing....Took FOREVER to get, when i received the order, the quality was SO SUBPAR - all items made in China. I asked SEVERAL times for a return address to ship back my entire order! They keep offering me money off the order to keep the clothing....NO - I WANT TO SEND IT BACK. They are just NOW telling me that i have to ship back the items to DUBAI and the cost of that would be too costly for me. I have since disputed the charge on my Credit card. The Company is STILL offering me more money to keep the Clothing....I DON'T WANT IT!! They still have yet to give me a return shipping address! BUYER BEWARE - THIS IS A SCAM - CLOTHES SHOWN ARE WAY NICER THAN YOU GET!! i REALLY GIVE THIS COMPANY A negative experience - BEWARE ITS A SCAM.

Hello, I was really happy with my Tie Dye t-shirt and dress. Both fit perfectly.
The dress is going to be so pretty to wear this summer and the t-shirt is full of colour.

Stay away from that business. Photos are great, the real clothes fabrics and fit are HORRIBLE. I tried to return them, and no answer after multiple emails. And of course no phone number!!!

It took a bit longer than expected and I am now having to go thru an approval process for a return which is not making me happy.

I, too, would give zero stars!! Such cheap quality and workmanship. Fabric feels like a cheap polyester quality. Site states 30 day refund guarantee, but definitely NOT the case. They offered an $11 refund for 3 dresses that I spent over $100 on!! Don’t buy from this site!! You’re better off going to a big box store and buying dresses there!!

If I could Give this company zero stars I would horrible customer service ordered two shirts took almost 2 months to get here the quality is horrible no one is responding to me I need to send these shirts back and get a refund warning don’t buy from here

Finally got my order. Terrible fit and quality. No return instructions on the web site. All emails are getting rejected. I'm out $95.

Update - finally got an email from customer service offering me a $9 credit. I wish I would have looked at reviews before ordering!

Awful, it took 2 mos to get my order & I put a claim in with PayPal who did nothing. I got 4 items of clothing which have such a toxic odor and the material is shiny thin crap. I tried to return & they needed pics of clothing in original package which I sent pictures of & I got a notice from google that they had rejected my emails. Don’t buy anything from this company I believe they are from China!!!
Update: they asked me if they refunded me 10$ would I keep order(127.00) now 2nd email is asking if I will take 30.00 and keep the clothing.

Adorable dresses! Took a while to receive, but worth the wait.

Shipping took awhile but they had communicated that there would be a delay. One of the four items was a little off. Tempo dresses were cute but the prints did not line up like they did in the pictures. But I will still wear them. I’m not that particular. The material is rayon not cotton

Really long ship times, longer that stated on the site. They update your shipping with a pre printer labeled but then don’t taken the products to the shipper for another two weeks. They pretend that they shipped it when they really haven't. Poor Customer service that doesn’t answer. Even tried to get them through Instagram and they didn’t answer but they did delete my comment.

The clothes are so cute and good quality, I just wish it didn’t take so long to ship. It took over a month to receive my items. If the shipping was faster I’d buy from them again.
