Just a scam. The most unethical company

Just a scam.
I ordered here because I found a product from a brand quite rare.
I showed you had to register but they offer free memberships (no more information shown)
What is my surprise that a few days later I have a charge of 47€ on my account!!!
I go to the website and see that they charge you automatically, change it for credits, force you to use them in less than 30 days or they expire.
I saw the option to cancel the next charge. What is my surprise that today I had ANOTHER automatic charge of 6.95€.
THEY CHARGE YOU FOR NOT CHARGING YOU!
And of course, no information shown when you make the action on their site

So far I've been charged 59.33€ for a shower gel of 2.38€ that I still haven't even received
EDIT!! They tried to buy a positive review from me! They return my money if I delate this review. The most unethical company I've ever encountered.

Absolutely scammer site

Absolutely scammer site. They automatically sign you up as membership to charge membership fee every month for 8,95, even purchased with non-member price. Be aware of this type of websites especially selling cosmetic products. From my experience, they all work the same way to steal your money without even informing you. By hiding the membership and direct debit clauses in their term and conditions, they get away from being prosecuted. This business(scam) model should get attention from law makers. Millions of victims just went silent coz scammers knows how to cheat the law.

Definitely a SCAM

Definitely a SCAM
Got caught by not noticing a box ticked by default tricking clients to subscribe à totally useless, misleading and crooked membership. I noticed the automatic withdrawals on my credit card after about one month.
I reported them to the trade authorities in NL and DK and got my lawyer after them. We will take them down and go after the scan runners personal liabilities. They will enjoy the ride.

I hate it having shopping with FALINA!!!!!

Terrible experience that the first order was lost and received zero compensate, What's the worst, they charge membership cost from your credit card, per month 24.95 euro as account balance. That means you have to stick to their shop for every shopping unless you would like to lose the balance. Very complicated customer experience and I will never come back again!!!!!!!!

Finally a refund

I ordered 3 weeks ago and in spite of their repeated promises to send the articles, I have not received anything. They keep stalling and leading me on with false promises. UPDATE: after a lot of hassle and delay I finally got my refund. But this is not how it's supposed to be...

Theives

Like many others my mother was caught out by these theives! Last Novemeber she received her 1st purchase, but then a few weeks later noticed Falinas had taken 3 extra lots of £24.90. She contacted them to be told she had unwittingly signed up to membership by selecting the cheaper price and couldn't have the money refunded but could spend the credits. She placed another order to spend the credits but low and behold the items have never arrived. Many, many emails and online chats have taken place always with the same automated replies, An apology and the promise to send out within the next 3-5 days. This company is just going to rob as many people as they can until they get taken down!
