Great service, the staff I dealt with were all courteous and helpful. I hired a long wheelbase van didn’t know what to expect. I was given a Vauxhall van with just 7000 miles on the clock. It was so easy to hire the car and the service I received was excellent. The car was a large one and it was good value for money. Upon returning the car (early) it was just so easy.

I hired a Luton Van over the weekend and Service i received was clear, succinct and very professional. The chap behind the desk was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Van was top notch and well looked after. Great service from start to finish

I had been let down by another car rental company when I turned to Falcon. Ian took me through the prices and the vehicle was waiting for me at the requested time. All very straight forward. The best bit was ALL deposits and refunds were back in my accounts within 24 hours of the rental finishing. Unlike the rabble who let me down who take 7-10 days to refund.

Absolutely excellent. I hired a 7.5 tonne Luton van to move house for my daughter. The van was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean, the price was very competitive and Jake & Ian were really helpful. Would recommend without hesitation.

From start to finish, brilliant service. Great email communication from Bridgwater manager Josh, answered all my questions and queries, when I was still considering which company to use. Booked it in, friendly guys did our checks and another the vehicle checks with photos. I felt comfortable to drive the SWB van and it was great, over a 400 mile trip no problems. The price was good too for 24hrs. Would totally recommend 👌 and use them again 👍

From my personal experience, Falcon Vehicle solutions are superb. Clean, good quality vehicles, along with excellent customer service. Don’t bother with the large household brands, like Enterprise, Falcon are considerably better in every respect.
