Absolutely Appalling Service – Avoid at All Costs

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others after the shocking experience I had with this company, which I was unknowingly booked with through compareparking dot com.

Departure:
To start, they were an hour late to collect my car before my flight. I made 16 calls trying to get through to someone. We nearly missed our flight due to the delay. No receipt was given — I was simply told “the booking is your receipt.”

Return:
After a long-haul 14-hour journey, I phoned immediately upon landing. I was told the car would be at the drop-off zone within 10–15 minutes. Over an hour later, still no sign. We spent the next five hours walking, waiting, stressing, and even taking a taxi — all of which completely overshadowed what had been a wonderful holiday.

I was told the car had a flat battery, but I’d had a new one fitted just three months ago and it was impossible for it to go flat in six days. My car also has automatic lights, so the excuse that the lights were left on was a lie.

Then they said they’d lost the keys.

Then they said they couldn’t locate the car at all.

Eventually, I had to take matters into my own hands. Using the car’s tracker, I found it had been dumped on a main road near a Tesco Express — not in a secure car park as promised. A parking ticket was even left in the car, proving where it had been.

After reporting the car missing/stolen to Met Police and Heathrow Police, I was advised I’d have to wait 24 hours due to the key handover. In the meantime, I made 119 calls (only 5 were answered), sent 19 text messages (only 4 replied to), and was told I’d get a call back five times — only one ever came through.

Finally, the car was returned. The driver left the engine running, handed it over without confirming identity, and walked off without a word or apology.

This was, without exaggeration, the worst service experience I have ever had. The lack of communication, lies, disregard for our time, and basic professionalism was unforgivable.

If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and avoid Falcon Parking Ltd at all costs — and be cautious when booking through third-party sites like compareparking dot com as you don’t always know who you’re handing your keys over.

Pay a bit more and get someone reliable

Over promised and under delivered. Driver was late collecting the car, and also extremely late delivering it back to us. When I called to see where it was I was told he’d call me straight back……nothing.
