Fast delivery despite the odds

As a result of a misplaced parcel, Falanparts sent a new set using a much more expensive DHL service that reached me in Singapore in a very short time.
Thank you for taking responsibility for something that wasn’t and making my purchasing experience more pleasant.

I experienced delay in…

As someone else I experienced delay in getting the item, 1 adhesive scooter logo. It took almost 1 month from Netherlands to Italy due to various trouble with UPS. Anyway I got assistance. However unfortunately the logo is too rigid and does not follow properly the bending of the scooter body. Lets hope the sticker holds

parts of which are not available
here in NZ or AUST.

2. Customer support via (

International are attended
to in a reasonable time.

I have ordered 2 times some parts from…

I have ordered 2 times some parts from falanparts, both times it didnt arived on tume, until I reminded them several times and asked what is the problem, I did get one shipment after 5 months😂. Also they never responded in written to mails, so quite bad communication as well. But afterall I did get the parts, so not horrible experience. But much space to improve. Its a pitty since they got wide assortiment of parts for Vespa.
