I had a disappointing experience with this company, receiving incorrect items and facing challenges with their customer service. Despite sending photos and emails, I haven't received a satisfactory resolution.
I've received nothing, buyer beware. They'll claim that they have sent the items? I ordered 4 2XL and received 2 very poor quality extra small. Then they offer to resend after sending photos and never do. Then comes the offer of a refund? I never received. They claim they have and didn't have the right customer. My orders were on the 27, 28th Dec 2025 and still waiting for my refund. Absolutely diabolical customer service there is none, you're talking to a bot that keeps you running around in circles.

Unimpressed with the shipping time, I purchased the shirt about 6 weeks before I needed it. The site indicated that it would be some level of expedited shipping. I got the shirt the day after I needed it. The quality of the shirt is fine, the time it took to get it is ridiculous.

This company operates under various scam names. And changes the name of the company frequently to avoid problems
They should be reported to the government trading standards and the Office of fair trading ,
The standard and and quality of the goods are shoddy and the return policy is abysmal.
Why would any company pre-porting to be British and they want you to return your unsatisfactory goods at your costs to an address in China?
They have an office in London which is run by a Chinese national , so they surely should be trading as per the British trading laws and rules .
Avoid them like a bad dose of the plague .
I would believe that the good reviews are not placed by purchasers of there products ,but made up by the company themselves .
I bought shoddy goods from them and they continually tried not to pay me a full refund and wanted me to send the goods to China,
I am very thankful that I used PayPal to pay for the goods and when I sent the evidence to them complete with emails and pictures , then an only then did the company stump up and give me a full refund ,
Do not be caught out by this company which will probably change its name again and pull in many other unfortunate buyers,

Oh, the Chinese smoke and mirror sales gimmick got me again! Rather than producing a quality product, these companies burn you and move on. The embroidered shirt I ordered, as clearly described and illustrated online, arrived as a cheap photocopy of embroidery on a trashy t-shirt. Now I will dance around with their customer service, who will try to wear me down and offer me a discount on some more products!

Bought a Welsh pilot-shirt , very disappointed, the emblem is iron on , and the stitching is terrible , you can see the stitching of white cotton on holding the sleeves onto the t-shirt , poor quality material , be lucky if I get 3 washes out of it before it falls apart .

Item I bought was ok. The customer service was awful, I made a couple of requests as to where was my item there were ignored. I spoke to the person who recommended me to this company and they had experience the same issue. I purchased the item from the company as I am person who promotes prostate cancer. I will not be purchasing anything thing else from the company and would certainly not recommend them to others

Very poor communication from this drop shipper
This is a drop shipper sending items from China. I paid $20.00 priority shipping on 01 March to have our two St Patricks Day tops arrive in NZ by St Patricks Day on 17 March. Its now 10 days later and the items still haven't left the factory in China. Check other reviews before considering to buy from their site

Waited over a month for my order and when it did arrive, the items were clearly fake. Horrible material with off-centre printing. Customer service do respond eventually but clearly not humans responding.. Really wish I'd read reviews before buying. Avoid like the plague.

Misleading description—product does not match the website
I ordered the Hello darkness
My old friend waffle black short sleeve T-shirt men’s on 07/02/2026 based on the website's claim that it was consistent in colour with the photos provided. Unfortunately, the item I received is dull, doesn’t hold a full colour and is of poor quality.
The advertising is highly misleading as the product in reality is dull, poor quality with white lines throughout. I have reached out to customer service to resolve this, but they have not responded. I would advise others to be cautious as the description does not accurately reflect the product.i have contacted the email address in the suppliers response numerous times since 21/02/2026 and they are yet to respond.
