They must be using child labor, because holy frick their apps are trash
FAIRTIQ offers a very easy experience because you just have to check in before boarding, travel and either check out or let the app end the trip by itself. It calculates the right fare automatically and applies daily caps, discounts etc.
Some users seem disappointed that they don't get the "best" price with FAIRTIQ in Switzerland, probably on trains.
FAIRTIQ charges the standard price, not the supersaver price. The supersaver price must be bought in advance and is only valid for a specific train, at a specific time. If you miss it or change your mind, you lose your ticket.
So if you are sure that you will travel at a specific time, get a supersaver ticket. For any other occasion, FAIRTIQ is pretty unbeatable.
Absolutely genius app. Works in all of Switzerland, and in so many more countries. One swipe is all it takes to travel. I always get the right price. Without this app, I would not use public transport that much, tbh.
Whenever I am travelling in Switzerland or any other city with FAIRTIQ, I know I can simply relax and not worry about the tariff zones. I really hope that it will be implemented in my home city one day—I can't wait for it!
I’m a big fan of FAIRTIQ. It takes all the stress out of public transport. Smart Stop, which ends your trip automatically when you're done, is a total game changer. I’ve used it in different cities and it works perfectly every time. Highly recommend the app if you want easy, worry-free travel.
It’s one of those apps that just works—seamlessly and reliably every single time.
I no longer stress about ticket zones, pricing, or buying the “right” pass. I’ve used it in multiple cities, and the consistency across regions is impressive. It’s clear that the team behind FAIRTIQ knows public transport inside out and genuinely wants to make it easier for everyone.
Highly recommended if you value hassle-free mobility and peace of mind while traveling!
Don't trust this app, it's a scam! For 3 Times, they changed my locations of gps for some other places that i never went there and i had to pay more, then they not respond you to refund!
Cheapest price, especially if you do more than one journey, return prices are reduced, always calculates the cheapest ticket, and easy to use. Never had any problems.
Never use this app, unless you have some kind of travel discount pass. It tells you that it will find the cheapest price. That is a big lie. I tried the app in Switzerland, and was charged double the price compared to the price I could find on the internet.
It actually calculates the price AFTER you have finished your trip. Imagine you are flying from A to B, and are told the price after your trip. It is how Fairtiq works. You have no idea about the cost, until after you have used the product. Is it allowed at all? Sell you a product, and tell you the price afterwards.
