the team at fairmount was excellent

Nick was excellent. I found them online and called the office, Nick answered, we discussed my flip deal and we closed exactly 3.5 weeks after that call. I had to provide some basic docs but the process was pretty straight forward and smooth. Thanks guys!!!

This company mislead me prior to…

This company mislead me prior to submitting my application and a hard credit pull by promising a deal that couldn’t be completed. My credit and experience qualified for the terms they guaranteed, but they couldn’t follow through on empty promises. My hope is that this company follows the Golden Rule in the future and strives to hold true to their word.

Mr Sulton, we are very sorry you feel that you were mislead. Every credit pull requires a borrower to sign a docu-sign credit authorization so you should have known that your credit would be pulled. As for your 'application' I don't see your file in our system and many times borrowers don't know their exact credit score so we are working to implement a 'soft pull' feature but it appears you submitted an app and we didn't submit your file to processing/underwriting. If you want to reach out to us via email we can ask a manager to review your application with you. Unfortunately, some of our team members are new and sometimes we do make mistakes but I suspect a communication issue. If you prefer to look elsewhere we do understand. Either way good luck in your real estate journey!!
