I had to give one star to write this review otherwise they don’t deserve it. As most say they sell you words only. I subscribed for 6 months and I paid £300 for it. I ran two ads each ad for a month, then I had to pay extra around £150 to run more ads as my credit were finished. So I only used it for 2 months out of six. And ofc I was never told about this AT ALL by their agent. On top of that they automatically renewed my subscription when they never sent me any document by email when I signed up or when I had the on boarding call. and I am fighting for my money back now. They are simply a SCAM. Such a misleading company with hidden payments. Do not sign.

Would never recommend if someone wants real business not story-telling
This company has many great story tellers but their service is far worse than what they promised even with signed official documents. We paid the subscription Fairling Pro Plan for one year (2022.4-2023.4) and signed the Customer Happiness Guarantee at the same time. This is the background.
We only got 3 requests from fairling in the whole year around. (they promised and it was written clearly in the document we should get at least 15 requests during the membership year ). Otherwise,(I quote directly from the contract here) "lf you are not able to achieve the mentioned number of requests, we will refund the full membership fee to you."
Besides, we posted regularly, contacted with their sales assistants as scheduled and reached out all the stores who saved or downloaded our catalog, etc... The staffs were nice to talk with but could not give useful suggestions. In a word, we tried our best to make better performace with fairling based on the trust. However, all thoese didn't work.
What surprised us more is, sometimes we get 0 engagement rate if fairling didn't sent the Newsletter to the store owners, which means the ads we created on their platform actually converted nothing for us. This is another frustrating point because we would not know whether the posts were really visiable to the "target" market or not.

1. We got 3 requests in a year (they promised 15 in the signed agreement, we booked the Pro plan)"if you are not able to achieve the mentioned number -15, we will refund the full membership period"
2. 0 feedback from the resellers who saved or downloaded the catalog, which made us doubtful.
3. Opening rate---as mentioned earlier, can be 0 if there's no newsletters sent.
4. Boost on other platform---1 post on their Instagram (not several) was promised by them and they did this in 6 months after working together we appreciated it.
In May, we began to negitoate with their representatives on refund details and everything went slow. Firstly, we were told their company was under bankrupt so that we can not get one penny back but we can try their new plans for one year for free as a compensation. Then, we asked if they have back-up plans in case the same history repeats, the answer went in silence. Would never recommend if someone wants the trustful conversation rates in the real business world.
Business is built between mutual trust. We started great as we trusted them but the fact turned out they don't deserve this trust. All the best as well.

FAIRLING IS A SPAM and will sell you a Btob plateform that will not generate one sales yet will make automatic renewal payment without informing you. No phone number and your sales contact will close its agenda so you have no way to reach them. DO NOT SIGN and file a complaint at your bank for non authorised payment. FAIR’ING already cancel my comments on truspilot.

Police had to get involved..
Police and the bank had to get involved, luckily the bank refunded us as Fairling no one knows how made a payment to themselves via our card (they were never given the details).
Also, beside the scam part, despite us doing exactly what we were told by them and being a relatively solid brand, the platform was not able to generate a single sale in one year. I’d rate them lower than 1 star if that was possible.

Oversell their platform
I think Fairling are basically good sales people who oversell what their platform can do.
The only person who ever messaged me on the platform wanted me to offer him drop shipping and didn’t actually have a store. I reported him to Fairling, and it took them over 2 weeks to remove him from the platform. And I even had to follow up with them, so I’m not sure if they would have removed him. Anyway, of all the money I’ve wasted on my business - this one is my biggest regret. Save your money or try out one of the other wholesale platforms which are commission based as I’ve had better experience there and they offer free shipping services.

This is an absolute waste of time and money. And if you don’t get any contacts they make you feel like your brand is not good enough. We do well everywhere else and don’t need this belittling attitude.
Go and join a wholesale platform and use your money for whatever you need but don’t waste it on Fairling!

Participation in fairling has yielded nothing.
We've been putting out a lot of time and effort.
The team and support is very willing, nevertheless we didn't have any revenue during a 2 year period.
Update 31-1-2023
We've been granted a 3-month extension. We are currently on a campaign run, hope we will get some win-win situations with retailers from Germany.

Amazing platform. Greatest team
We signed up with Fairling in October 2021 and after our first ad campaign, we managed to receive a bunch of messages asking about the product. Unfortunately due to many external issues, we were not able to squeeze the juice out of everything the platform has to offer as we were not consistent with our ads.
The team behind Fairling is super understanding and after speaking about our situation with them, they were very kind in allowing us to continue for 3 more months. This is prove that they truly care about their brands and stores and want them to do well.
In all honesty, one of the most dedicated teams I've had the pleasure to work with.

Straightforward Platform & Helpful Team
We recently onboarded with FAIRLING and so far have found the platform easy to use and set up. We had an onboarding call with Jacqueline and then our strategy call with Susana, both who have been extremely helpful in showing us how to make the most of the platform. We have started advertising and have received profile visits, catalogue downloads and been added to potential customer's favourites. We will continue to follow the advice and hope to see the benefits soon. I have given 4 stars for now, the 5th star will come when we generate leads into sales.

As others have said, the onboarding process is fantastic but ultimately, Fairling was a waste of money for me. I had a couple of requests for samples but no sales, despite already having a fair number of international stockists from other platforms.
