When you win they charge you £2.50 to withdraw your winnings...If you win too much they want you to re verify your details even thou they already have them...Total site to avoid. Next they will be asking for a DNA sample to avoid paying out...Won £6300 on 32 red and no problem at all .Instant payout. And no £2.50 withdrawal charge. ps..How come they have 1 2 star reveiw.?

I joined fairground slots about a month ago. I found the RTP to be fair and had a couple of nice wins. The withdrawal is very slow but I didn’t mind waiting, however then I started to get a message when I tried to withdraw saying they had to do some routine checks. I had already sent all documents and was verified as you have to do this on your first withdrawal. I messaged customer support and never got a reply so was just up to me to log on and keep checking …. This happened a couple of times and the money went in no problem but there was a delay and the temptation to play it. A week ago I went to withdraw and my account has been locked. No notice and no reason and I still have £50 in my account to withdraw. I have messaged them and no response. I messaged again after giving them 72 hours and told them I would log a complaint. I then got reply and I was just sent the jump man complaints email address and no response as to why my account has been locked or if I can withdraw my money. I can wait for it it’s only £50 but the lack of communication is terrible. I won in total £550 profit. Deposited way over a grand so I gambled and was lucky to win. They don’t seem to like it when you are up. Hopefully I will get a response soon or will take it further! I’m like a dog with a bone when not treated fairly!! Had I not had all this drama then I would have given the site 4 stars as when you did get a feature it did tend to be decent, so just be careful … don’t put too much in on case the same happens to you and god help you if you are lucky enough to have a big win !

ive been playing for a while depositing 7 times but never winning much. today i had a couple of big wins and my account is suddenly locked. emailed them as requested, automated reply saying 3 days to reply as they deny me access to my funds even to withdraw. I will update if I have any luck but will be informing them of a civil claim in 3 days if no joy.

I played for some time with fairgroundslots, fully verified my account over this period. I won 4k. My account got locked so I was unable to withdraw. No reply from fairgroundslots slots or jumpman gaming to alot of emails. Now account has had a self exclusion put on it so I can not log in. These are all tactics to not pay out.
I will be taking it further legally.
