Dank je wel voor je review. Wat vervelend om te horen dat je je bestelling niet hebt ontvangen, dat begrijpen we heel goed.

We hebben je inmiddels per e-mail benaderd om dit samen uit te zoeken. Volgens de trackinggegevens is het pakket op 1 december afgeleverd, maar we willen uiteraard graag met je meedenken als dit niet het geval is. Great parfum

It was great. They are very fast and all the parfums are very great and you smell it all day long.

I'm so impressed with this vegan…

I'm so impressed with this vegan perfume shop! The quality of their imitation scents is amazing — they smell just like the high-end brands but at a fraction of the price. Plus, knowing everything is cruelty-free and vegan makes it even better. Fast shipping and lovely packaging too. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Unrealiable scents, horrible customer service, no refunds

Do not buy perfumes from these people. Their product is of unreliable quality. Sometimes they have really nice smells, but then later when one buys the same perfume, it smells totally different. Also, their customer service is not professional. I ordered perfumes from them after buying a perfume a year ago. When the perfum arrived it was immediately clear that it was not the same scent (it smelled like cheap perfume, way too strong, and without balance). When I contacted them to retour the perfume, they said that they would refund the whole price and send another bottle as a compensation. Months later, they haven’t paid back any money or sent anything. Even after sending many mails, they just kept making more promises that they would take care of it, but then didn’t deliver on any of their promises.
