They went above and beyond Honestly. Very expensive piece of musical equipment that was sent 48hr service and got stuck somewhere in a UK DHL warehouse without showing any update. I was worrying sick that it get lost, schop went on alert and put all UK DHL on alert and I finally got my piece safe and sound. Absolute shambolic service from DHL and fantastic service for Fair Deal Music👍👍👍👍👍

Fair Deal Music is a great place, lots of guitars to choose from.
Jay made me feel welcome and offered me the chance to try out four different Strats with no pressure.
Enabling me to make a sound decision and really get to feel and hear subtleties of the models.

They did not honour the deal.
Morning. I negotiated with Fari Deal music on their chat functionality to buy a base guitar from them. The person I negotiated with promised me a setup and extra base guitar strings as part of the deal. None of this was included or happened when the guitar arrived. I contacted them via their chat functionality with my email to flag this. Nobody came back to me.

We are really sorry to read that you feel let down by your experience with us. Having looked into this personally, we can see from our chat records that you were promised a setup and a complimentary set of bass strings as part of the agreement, so completely understand your frustration when these weren't included as expected.
Unfortunately, there was a breakdown in communication on our side and, for that, we sincerely apologise.
What concerns us most is that you felt your follow-up message was ignored. We have been trying to get in touch with you to resolve this and have made several attempts using the contact details we have on file, but so far we've been unable to reach you. We genuinely want to put this right.
As a gesture of goodwill, we'd be delighted to send you a set of bass strings of your choice free of charge. In addition, our guitar technician has confirmed that the bass did receive a setup prior to dispatch, including adjustment work to the neck relief. However, instrument setups can sometimes shift during transit or with changes in temperature and humidity, particularly during the recent warm weather. If you're experiencing any issues with the setup, we'd be more than happy to inspect the bass again and adjust it to your preference.

What a great team. Gave me a VERY fair price on a trade and set up the guitar coming to me exactly to my spec and even changed out the bridge at no extra charge.
