The companies support system is very good. You can call them, write on WhatsApp and so on. Many methods of payment is available. We got product that we wanted at lower price than in other bike shops. Delivery was quick enough. I would recommended everyone.

Replacement Akku for my Kalkhoff E-Bike
Buying the Replacement Akku was very easy as fitting models were indicated. We bought a more performing model and the Akku arrived in the indicated time frame. The Akku was pre charged and after several times down and up the hill to still only the first of the five indicator lights is turned off. What a relief after the original Akku was just holding one ride to town and home again.
Very satisfied so far.

Having a second battery (easily as good as the Bosch original) has now made longer bike trips possible. Good, quality products delivered quickly and reliably.
You can order from Fahrrad-Akkus without a moment's hesitation. :-)

It's 15th of April, I've placed my order on the 2nd of April, didn't receive my item, there is no updates on my tracking number. And the customer support suggests me to open an investigation with carrier.
