Very quick delivery. Well packaged haven’t yet opened or played as waiting for a holiday.

I had a really fast delivery from this order.
The quality of the game is really good.

We have not had a proper game as such, but the few we've looked at, made us looking forward to when we do.

I ordered this game for our annual NYE get-together so I haven't opened it yet. The video clips on Facebook look hilarious so looking forward to our friends' reactions when we play.

Extremely disappointing customer service.
I placed an order that was supposedly dispatched with a 1–3 day delivery window – it’s now been over a week and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times via their support email and social media, but have received no response at all. I even asked for a refund, and again, no reply. I’ve paid for a product that hasn’t arrived, and the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

Excellent customer service

I ordered the Encrypted game and inadvertently had this sent to an old address I no longer had access to. Totally my own fault as I hadn't updated auto fill for the delivery address.
The order was obviously purchased online and on a Saturday with a 48 postal time.
I contacted FoG via email and messenger thinking that I'd be lucky to get a response before Monday.
Later that day I had an automated response advising postal complete and royal mail tracking include, this was to the old address
Later again that day, Lewis from FoG responded to advise the order has been dispatched but had provided a full refund, something I did not expect.
I then updated all my details and placed a second order.
Due to having tracking for the first order I was able to update Royal mail to return to sender which was confirmed.
The fact the refunded without question or request was beyond what was needed.

After some initial problems with my order being stuck in the postal service, Zak promptly responded and sent out a replacement. I'm very pleased with the service I received from the company.

I only ordered yesterday, my books arrived today. I've already read 2 of them, the longest night was such a beautiful read. Watching from the stars brought a tear to my eye, but in a soothing way. The colouring book will give me some calm and ME time. Self-love journal will teach me. The paper quality is great, the art is beautifully done.
I bought these after reading many posts from their Facebook page, bought with the hope of understanding, dealing with grief, and life after a loss. These are a great tool in understanding feelings, thoughts and to love yourself.

After some initial issues with delivery, Factory of Games responded very swiftly to my email, and resolved the matter straight away. I am very pleased with the customer service that I received.

I'm really pleased with this game, a friend recommended it & i bought it to take away over new year. We really enjoyed it & i woul recommend it. The delivery was very quick too.

I bought Encrypted after seeing it advertised endlessly on social media. At "40% off" it was a reasonable price for a day of fun as the game is really good. However, once it's done, it's done - a bit like Cards Against Humanity, once you've been through all the cards, you're playing the same game over and over. New sets of cards are available, at a cost of course. So a good purchase for a one-off games night but I will probably have to pass on to someone else now
