I ordered a Chiminea on 26th July and had an email response saying they will notify me when it has been sent.
I have not received the Chiminea so on 19th August I sent and email to them; and no response so far.
Also tried phoning the contact number; the number was not recognised.
Lastly I have contacted my credit card company and the Payment to Factory Dusa is being queried.

100% scam
It's been a month and no emails after the confirmation email or reply to my follow up emails...and of course I have not received the item.

Scam website. No response from their helpline and the phone number does not connect. After the confirmation email there was no further communication. I had to wait 30 days but my bank has now refunded my money.

Ordered an icandy double pram. I used the platform shop and paid for it using Klarna. I genuinely thought because shop and Klarna are used all the time it would be safe. I was wrong it is a scam website, I’ve contacted Klarna who have advised I cannot raise a complaint until the 27th August and dispute it to get money back.

When you use the platform shop it gives you shipping updates on the app homepage mine hasn’t not moved other than ‘preparing shipment’ I have also sent emails. Will be going through karma and bank to report the fraudulent website.

Ordered a pram from here for our first. No reply to emails. Number is not recognised. No expected delivery.

Have tried to report it to the bank and have to wait 30+ to start the dispute.

Would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered a next to me crib on the 14th of August and haven't heard from them since. Their mobile number doesn't connect and no replies to multiple emails. This is a SCAM website. Do not buy from here. We now need to go through our credit card to get the money back.

Scam company! Have had to call the bank to dispute the transaction. Do not use this company!

Would give 0 stars if could. No response to emails and number doesnt work. Listen to other reviews as scam company. Been waiting over a week and now have to lodge dispute with bank.

Definitely a scam, I've tried emailing and ringing the phone number, which is a deadline. I ordered on 10th, still nothing from them. I've reported it to my bank for a refund, and will report the site where I can as a scam

Scam. Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order with FactoryDusa on Sunday 3rd of August and after receiving a confirmation email I have heard nothing since! I have sent several emails with no response so it now appears that I've been scammed 😡. To add insult to injury the mobile phone number is not recognised. I am so disappointed and now have to go through claiming back my payment from my credit card company. Of course I should have tried to read reviews prior to purchasing but I didn't so lesson learnt!! Please do not order from this company.

This website took our order 14 days ago. Despite stating the order would be delivered in 2-4 days we have not received it nor even an estimate of delivery date. We did get confirmation of our order, but no response to any of our several emails since then. Phone number does not work. This is a scam. Be vlcareful
