After my payment I didn't receive…

After my payment I didn't receive anything. No items, no money back, no info. They ignore all my emails.

Hi Svetlana,

As I explained via e-mail there was still an item in backorder. I offered you a solution to send you the products that we do have now and the backorder later but you did not reply to this. Also the delivery time of 1 of the products is 4-7 business days. The 7th day is today so we are not at fault here.

Although I did not get my order because…

Although I did not get my order because of its out of stock, the company is really helpful: I received the notice after requesting, and I got my refund fast.

If I need something next time, I will use this company definitely.
