This is the worst booking platform imaginable. I work for a non-profit and have booked through their platform 4 different times. Every single time, the venue has cancelled with us (anywhere between 3 days and 3 weeks before the event), leaving us in a complete scramble and ruining events for hundreds of people. There's absolutely no protection or guarantee for bookers and the school/space can cancel on you down to the wire with no consequences.

Extremely disappointed with how our gym reservations have been handled. We pay in full and reserve specific times, yet every time we show up, there’s a conflict we’re either asked to leave for another event or told the gym isn’t available. It’s unacceptable that we can’t rely on confirmed reservations. To make matters worse, basic needs like raising the basketball goals can’t be met because no one on-site, not even the school staff, has a key. Our season just started, and we’ve already had to scramble and change our schedule multiple times due to poor management and lack of organization. This experience has been beyond frustrating and very unprofessional.
This one-star review is not worth my time but I was charged more than $40 simply to make a request for a facility rental. The facility never contacted me after a month of me waiting and Facilitron was not able to provide a contact for the facility. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE unless you have money to waste.
Absolutely terrible, monopolistic service -- especially when it comes to local government location rentals. Those guys don't keep any availability dates updates, and never respond to applications -- we have 10 paid applications sitting without a response for over 1 month! Others have had the same experience. Facilitron gives a sense of control and simplificaiton for renters, but the outcomes is worse. It's a total and utter disaster.
Charges you prior to approval, you get denied 95% of the time. Facilities dont update their availability, and then you take the time to inquire and if its within two weeks you get back 25% of the booking. You cannot inquire to another facility, because they take out more working capital from your business and if it gets approved, and the other does as well its a scheduling conflict and you would have to cancel one and you would lose money. Scam business.
Process for payment was not properly explained to my organization. We were told that the card on file would be charged again closer to time, well that didn’t happen. The booking process is also very difficult.
Software is supposed to make a process easier no? Yet all Fscilitron seem to have done is make a booking process more cumbersome. More difficult to navigate and more expensive. Someone needs to build to knock these guys off the box because their product is trash
Had made a reservation with a school and they rejected me a month before my event for no legitimate reason. Facilitron needs to hold the school accountable.
Our district have been working with Facilitron for over two years. Lee is always quick to respond and very helpful. Even when I ask the same questions more than once. lol He will always let me know if he will be away. I have reached out to customer service to take care of something. Which they always do, however sometimes it may not be right away. But they do fix the issue or make the necessary changes. Facilitron has been an asset in scheduling internal external events.
Way easier process to rent a basketball court. Highly recommend.
Facilitron has really helped to improve our rental experience with the community. I love that we (the district) can connect with the renters, site, and all other admin under one platform. The are crooks, very hard to get refunds they do not do there jobs well.
First of all back in June reserved a space paid for it no hassle there. My bank got compromised so had to get a new debit card and I notified them it took days for someone to say I had to fill

Additionally, Facilitron operators are not helpful. They do not listen and keep repeating the same script. I've also requested escalation to a supervisor twice. No supervisor ever responded
One of the worst site to make reservation, unresponsive. They dont do anything, have to call them to follow up with the facility adminstrator. Had to show them the facility is no longer accepting renting, worst is they haven’t refunded the deposit despite several attempts. AVOID facilitron.
AVOID Facilitron!!!! I had some super bad experiences with this company, they charged me so much money even the venue denied my request, but the other agent told me I was supposed to be charged for it. I did not pay attention to my past bill, till now, I found I was charged so much money that I am not suppose to be charged!!! I will have to take legal action and more!!!

Facilitron customer service is superb and on point with every aspect, I have never had any problems. The best program for renting facilities around central florida.
I appreciate the support of my two account reps. They are very responsive to all my requests.
Well, so many things that I cannot list them all. Notably, zero starts was not an option. Additionally, I am not Jorge Machado. A software company that cannot manage a simple mail merge is emblematic of how bad this software is.
