Trying out your "Chord Progression Generator With Guitar Fretboard" to try to make progress with my improvisation. This tool let's me make up my own chord progressions. Then when I play the progression back for myself, I can see the notes, the chord tones, I will need to play as each chord is played(as letter notes or as intervals). The visualization is great. I have recorded my own ii-V-I progressions, for example, but I usually play the arpeggio for each chord. It becomes rather mechanical and not very creative. Your tool lets me see the notes available for each chord and I can experiment to see what sounds good. The "ghost" notes showing the chord tones of the next chord is a great idea. Thanks, Gianca

Mostly theory and academic learning the way you would in school in primary years of education. Once you practice the lesson, everything you ever wondered and scratched your head about, is now clearer. Very good teacher.

As a late guitar beginner in my 70s I have found Gianca's website to be very informative and useful. The website offers a wide-ranging number of lessons on so many guitar and music matters. His lessons are focused on the immediate practical application of the subject matter. I find them very valuable as a beginner but understand that there is also much valuable material for the intermediate and advanced player.

Recommend signing up for Gianca’s regular emails. There is always something useful and interesting, explained in a clear way.

I first came across FAchords when searching for a particular scale. What I found when I subscribed and visited the free lessons opened my eyes. There is so much information that has helped me enormously and it was free. I was so impressed I bought the 2 books on chords and progressions. As a beginner on guitar at 72 years old I am gretful for such an expansive resource to help me on my journey. Thank You Gianca.

Absolutely 1st class software for guitar.
For having the scales laid out along the whole neck makes it so much easier to be able to join them up while learning, especially when playing to a jam track.
personally id buy this software if were able to be purchased.

I have been playing guitar for years, but nothing has helped me improve like Fachords. The free resources are superb and have helped me a lot with the (otherwise boring) chore of memorizing and understanding the fretboard. The Ebooks are a great resource and so easy to follow. I absolutely recomend FaChords to anybody interested learning and improving his guitar playing.

The web page FAchords i found this year. i was looking for some text or explenation about chord and scales how they work together or interact depending onthe key. I gess i was googling and the key words of the search engine throw me into the page. There I found a web page totaly commit to guitar play, evereything i notice was,is free. Not just the theory explained is so good writen but the picture , every ton its colored. I saw interactive tool i never found on any other guitar page. I recomend the page to all beginer,intermediate player or those who just look for improving themselfs. great work

Still looking for something that "listens" via mic/audio input/midi - e.g. Scarlett Solo while showing random chords/notes in tab/music notation. A bit like Rocksmith I guess?

Very valuable resource. Materials are very relevant and intuitive. Helps to pull together concepts and techniques from other sources, making them easier to understand. I thank the Author for care and effort. I will refer to these materials again and again as I continue to develop my playing and theory concepts.

I love this site and its amazing how he takes time from his own life and offers what he does for free.
I love how he teaches theory also and he explains it in great detail so even beginners can understand.
Whether your a beginner or advanced this site has something to offer to everyone who wants to get more outta their guitar experience. He also is a great person to talk to. I have emailed him and he gets back to you quickly with any questions you have. He also makes you feel like a friend and not just a customer.

My musical knowledge and guitar skills have exploded since I began using Gianca's resources. I refer to him as 'my guitar teacher'. The site has a super effective mix of theory and practice I don't find even on subscription guitar-learning systems. The graphic presentation illuminates the concepts clearly. Gianca knows the science of teaching and learning.
