Scam

Scam. Sign up to the face yoga app which is a reasonable payment for a years access. The content is okay but really nothing special. That’s fine. What is NOT fine is that they automatically sign you up to some sort of academy for £25.99 PER MONTH!
I emailed them to say I had no idea and had never accessed this academy, would they consider refunding me. They responded along the lines of ‘you signed up for the academy when you signed up for the app’. It WASN’T clear that I was signing up for both otherwise I would have at least been aware of this ‘academy’. They didn’t send a reminder or even an email to acknowledge I’d signed up to this - I checked my emails, I did have a confirmation email for the app but NOT for the academy rubbish.
I think it’s a con and a cheap way to make money.
There are much better facial yoga apps out there and I’m disappointed I chose this one. Rant over!
