No way to return anything no customer service this is a scam !

Ordered a few things off here and then like many read some reviews AFTER paying. I was very nervous that I had been had on but to my surprise, the delivery came in 2 days, the product is good and I can’t honestly say a bad thing about this company!! Sorry for all the people that had bad experiences but I wasn’t one of them!!

Faulty product can not get answer from them. Their money back guarantee is a waste of time. Could not find a phone number to speak to anyone. D not use them.

Never received a confirmation email but instead received an email to say the order had not been completed. I went in and completed the order giving bank details again.
Smile then processed order twice and took both payments and refused to accept it was their fault and insisted that I pay for postage to return the duplicated order.
Not sure if it was genuine mistake or scam to get orders duplicated

I place an order after reading all the positive reviews on their website but after I didn’t get any emails confirming my order so I check reviews on here which made me panick a bit but I ended up receiving my order two days later everything works perfect :)

Products do not match as advertised on their website at all.

Scam! Never received the order. Offered to share cctv as evidence but they just blamed Royal Mail. Avoid buying from this company.

Ordered tooth cleaner but wasn’t the one I wanted. Return item for refund and copy of proof of postage. They still have will not give me a refund.

Order was meant to be dispatched next working day but took a week to dispatch. Royal Mail said it has been delivered but I haven’t received it so contacted customer service as it says they used signed for delivery so I asked who signed for it multiple times and they kept avoiding the question. I told them it’s their legal responsibility to make sure I receive the order and sent them screenshots from citizens advice website and they kept on saying they can’t do anything and that I will have open an investigation with Royal Mail. Looks like I’m not getting the product or the money back

Didn’t get my order . They said it had been delivered but I never received , not sure if it’s a scam or not but they had no interest in helping me

Well what can I say the worst twenty five pound I have ever spent. The product is entirely useless. Brought the ultrasonic cleaner after five star reviews on Facebook used it and it's awful. Took it to my dentist who said that it can actively damage your teeth as you are using it without water. Asked for a refund but due to hygiene reading can't give one.

I placed the order over a week now and prior to submitting my order I checked delivery time is 2-3 days. Over a week now I still haven’t received my order. Contacted them by email last week and was advised blaming the courier company. If you Smile Therapy are honest and trusted act with pride. You can shove it up your A…… the $35 I have paid but I can guarantee you will not keep fooling all the customers

This is a scam. The order says delivered but never showed. The company says delivered despite Royal Mail saying they are unable to locate the parcel. Smartly, they send it with no signature so not clear what address it was actually mailed to. And passive aggressive emails in response to my chase and the case from Royal Mail. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible experience, do not trust anything they say. I ordered some items in April and to date, they have still not arrived and they will not refund. I am now going to trading standards and will be applying for a charge back. The customer service is non existent. Please stay away, this is not a genuine company.

If only I had read the reviews TERRIBLE they are scammers I ordered the whitening pen it arrived in a brown envelope different colour to the one on line.
I told them it was useless could I have a refund NO
She said I need a recipe in the envelope I explain I didn’t see a reciept why do theses people get away with it.

The ultrasonic toothbrush feels cheap and nasty, worked noisily (ultrasonic- usually not loud) for a month on 1 charge (The only plus). Once charged it became erratic so emailed customer service and asked for refund as it was clearly faulty. The only solution they offered was a replacement, contrary to UK law. They asked for video evidence duly provided and still would only replace having received the brush back "to test it".
I sent it back and decided not to pay for signed for service and guess what? When chased they inform me, on sight of proof, that they'll REFUND. They obviously have no intention.
These people are not genuine. Beware, they only want your money!

Don’t not buy off these scammers. I still waiting for something to arrive - after ordering - after about a week they called to say that colour was not in stock - after another a long delay they still have not full filled the order.

I recently ordered from smile therapy last week based on positive Google reviews. I was told my order would be delivered next day however this wasn’t the case.

I looked online and came across these reviews and I was honestly scared thinking I’d be scammed and regretting not using my credit card.

I emailed the company first and explained the situation and they wrote back to me within 24 hours telling me that a lot of products they are waiting to have in but my order would be delivered.

I was still doubtful but this morning I received the whitening strips in one parcel and the tooth cleaner in another parcel - not sure why they were delivered separately but I’m ecstatic.

I don’t usually leave reviews but the reviews on here almost led me to request a full refund, a small panic attack worrying I’d be scammed and almost called Barclays to start a big issue. When the reality is, at least from my experience, this is a genuine company and the products are easy to use and I will definitely order again. I would recommend that instead of reading the reviews and panicking, contact the company directly to discuss any concerns with delivery timescales.

It would be minus they state next day signed but don’t use that as it’s not a tracking number until attempted delivery I have not received my order I have contacted them three times and now the email address does not go through wish I’d checked trustpilot first robbing scammers don’t buy from this company is there anywhere they can be reported, an update
I managed to send and email with a photo of a letter I intended to send them at their Suffolk address Lp11SS stating it is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015
They now say they have issued a refund

Don’t fall for this scam.
I first initially bought this product to help my teeth as I had noticed some staining that I couldn’t get rid of between a chipped tooth and the reviews promised everything that I was looking for.
I never received the item despite it saying delivered and once I got In contact with customer service it was absolute shambles.
Firstly they didn’t even read my email and would just send the same spam email they send to every other customer with the same issue so I would have to email again asking them to read my original email.
Secondly, they basically said how once the item has left out of their hands that it’s nothing they can do and to “make a claim with the post office” yet LEGALLY this issue falls back onto the retailer to handle the situation yet they were refusing to be co-operative and handle my situation.
I am appalled with the customer service and the way they have gone about my situation,
The website and reviews are completely fake it’s a total scam.

I had a look on trust pilot and saw many other reviews stating how they don’t send the product and they refuse refunds.

My friend had bought one the same similar time that did eventually arrive however it’s just a huge vibrating tool that does nothing and I’m sure it could be quite dangerous as it’s so powerful it could probably knock your teeth out if held the wrong way. I don’t think this product is safe for your teeth at all but I guess it was a blessing in disguise that it didn’t show up.
