Company says it is in Preston and is UK based, but that’s just the distribution centre. Company is Chinese and hasn’t sent out my product in a month. UK Number rings like an international extension (which it is), no response from email and now website says domain name has gone. Another Chinese rip off company using UK premises and numbers as scams. Not happy.
I paid good money for TWO packs of Made in UK Type IIR facemasks, gloves, and Safety GLASSES. What I actually received was gloves, which were fine, ONE box of face masks (not the brand advertised which have a very good fit), and a pair of Safety GOGGLES (not glasses).
I have emailed the supplier, called and left voice messages every single working day between their advertised opening hours, and have received NO RESPONSE whatsover.
This is NOT the way to do business in the UK, and I suggest you may wish to avoid this company like the plague. They call themselves OBBS Group and retail from facemasks.co.uk
My view is that I have been deliberately ripped off, and they owe me money. I very much doubt I will get any kind of refund from these cowboys.
Very poor customer service.

Order took 16 days to arrive. No comms what so ever in that time. Took several emails before I received any reply. Then I got some excuse about having run out of stock, which if that was the case they should have emailed without me having to chase them. Especially as they had already taken payment.
To be fair when the masks did turn up they are as advertised. Hence the 2 stars. It's just a shame they don't seem to have any decent customer service.
Not sure I'd use them again though given all the available alternatives out there
Scam artists. They send you cheap fake products that are nothing like the ones on their site. They also make you pay £8 for second class postage.
Terrible customer experience. Not Fulfilled my order despite ordering two weeks ago.They have also not replied to my email. I would urge you all to avoid this website
