Love it the packaging was great and perfect

My wife was really surprised with the gift. She loved the experience of taking the pearl from inside the oister. She said it was magic.
I just would love an option to have the message printed out and delivered with the gift ( unfortunately the message arrived after she received the gift). This is only my opinion, it does not change the fact she loved her gift.

My valentines gift was late cause of your shipping. My item was at LAX and then went to Texas. Would have Came on time if never went there. Tracking sucked also. And I complained and got no response. Will not buy from you again.

I am beyond frustrated with Fabulove services. At this point I have no clue if my order is going to reach its destination ever or where is it located. The order was placed on Feb 11 for Valentine’s Day and after 9 days it has still not reached its destination. At this point I have given up hope. These are flowers which have a shelf life and I don’t want rotten flowers to reach who I was planning to send to. The situation is utterly embarrassing and beyond disappointing. Given the situation I have asked for full refund but haven't got any response. The online tracking is so pathetic that it’s not clear where the package currently is.
Word of advice, don't go to them.

Every thing is perfect the only thing is the delivery date . It took longer than i expected.

But everything else is good.

Would of given 5 stars but shipping took forever and it came a week after valentine's considering I ordered 2 weeks prior to valentine's.

This company has a fake section of reviews on their website, “they” might be one person for all I know because their support is purely automated and they never sent me tracking that worked, the package never showed up and if you go through support it does nothing except waste your time and then give you a blank white screen that says “We are sorry about your experience” with an option to restart in case you want to waste more time I guess. This company is a complete joke sorry if you also got scammed lol

The chain is really nice good quality for the price too I was a bit skeptical as to what it would actually be like but I was very happy and it was very well worth it. The box is also lovely too it lights up and even my Partner (who the chain was actually for……) said that the box was really good 😊 n he’d not seen one like it before so he liked that added touch too! Came in good condition and was a few days to arrive but it was way worth that little wait more, to then get the lovely chain so I am happy to do that if I get a quality reasonably priced item any day!

Still not received my parcel and seriously unhappy.
I’ll be speaking to my bank regarding this matter.

I placed my ordered with expedited shipping on Feb 2nd and it did not arrive until Feb 17, after Valentines Day. They false advertised their shipping timelines, made me pay more and still was not delivered on time. The reseller did not reply to my emails. 200,000 5 stars on Trustpilot their website says? Yeah right, show me where lol

I will never buy from this company again ,still waiting on my package . Can't talk to anyone only by email and always got same response.

The pearl arrived today only for me to discover that the pearl is fake, its advertised as a real pearl but its made from cheap plastic. Not happy at all. Waste of money and didnt arrive on time and was late for valentines day

The product ist Perfect but the Order arriving was Kind of wierd the Mail came 10 times saying my Order arrived when it didn’t and then the people Even Threw it in the wrong Garden where I got Lucky becouse if out neighbours Havent had seen it I wouldnt have ever gotten the product

Today is Tuesday the 17th of February. I ordered 30 pcs. Glitter roses on Thursday the 5th of February - AND I even purchased ‘’rush my order’’, to make sure it got there in time for Valentine’s.

So, the express order I made with ‘’Fabu Love’’, took 12 days to get to me and 3 whole days after Valentine’s.

I spent €97.80 EUR for this order - INCLUDING the mentioned ‘’rush my order’’ option AND ‘’shipping protection’’.

Now guess what..

After unpacking the little box, It’s a freaking IKEA/LEGO set.

I have to assemble these 30 pink roses on plastic sticks and use a buttload of tape, to have all parts fitted together - luckily there’s a QR code I can scan to see an sped up assembly video with loud music.

And check this, the fricking glitter from the roses is EVERYWHERE - meaning some of it is not on the roses anymore, meaning some of the roses just have white/yellow plastic spots, MEANING when you put the roses together, all these bare spots sticks out like a sore thumb.

So just to summarise:

I spent €97.80 EUR for DIY, half glitter half not, belated ‘roses’.. And all I had to do was SPENT €97.80 for 30 ‘’video cool looking’’ roses, with express and protection included, WAIT 12 days (3 days after Valentine), assembly the half glitter roses and tell my girlfriend I am sorry for being so dumb, that I would spent €97.80 EUR for CHINA ROSES!!!!!!!!

Of course, I tried to get in contact with their support last week - and even though they boast that they answer within a few hours, I still haven’t heard anything from them.

I wish I had the power to shut this ‘’company down’’, but I don’t. So here’s the next best thing:

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FABULOVE.
