Haven’t received order. Says delivered! No one gets back to you! Awful company! Just want a refund?

Everything was great the packaging and handling of the product was handle with care the only thing I saw that needs updated or changed is the tracking of the package Everytime I checked it showed it was still in transit but didn't give me updates like where it was located and the notification that it came in was like hours later that day, lucky I was home when the product showed up. But other than that I really liked the product and so did my girl.

Terrible Service, my boyfriend ordered a name necklace as a present. Firstly paid for express shipping and it took over a month to arrive, it came after the occasion. When this eventually arrived it was the wrong order! It was a different name, and was gold not silver. To make things worse I now can’t get in contact with them for a refund! They haven’t replied to emails and can not find another way to get in touch.

Wasnt sure what to expect, wondered if it was a scam or not however, what wonderful and different gift I purchased. Yes, this is 'real' pearl and so thrilled with the presentation I will now purchase another for my Mother-In-Law for Mothers' Day.

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Fabulove. Not only did it take a staggering two weeks for the flowers to be delivered, but what arrived was a complete insult. I ordered a professional bouquet to be delivered as a gift for my partner, but instead of a beautiful, finished arrangement, they sent a box of separate parts that the recipient had to assemble themselves.When you buy a bouquet, you are paying for the craftsmanship and the gift experience. To wait two weeks only to have a romantic gesture turned into a "DIY project" and a chore for the recipient is unacceptable. There was no clear information on the website stating that the flowers would arrive unassembled.I feel completely cheated. I paid a premium price for a service they didn't provide and waited way too long for it. If you want to give someone a gift and not a burden, stay away from this company. This was my first and definitely my last time ordering from them.

The shipping was fairly quick…I did have to follow up, but once I reached out it was instantly shipped and to my door within a week or so! The necklaces are stunning! My squad loved them!
