Scam!
It's three months after the order was made (valued north of €4500). They failed to deliver, didn't communicate, then blamed the factory and asked if we wanted to double the order so the factory would produce what they said _they had in stock_. We canceled instead.
!!! Now it's a month after the order was canceled, and they still haven't returned the money !!!
None of our asks are working. We're getting lied to or ghosted.
EDIT: For anyone wondering if their reply is sincere: it is not.
I did contact them by email and WhatsApp, was in contact with Elizabeth, Roxana, with Operations, Hello. I was lied to and later ghosted.
We ended up opening a charge back dispute (and we won, obviously), to which Fabricsight responded with grudges, because bank locked "their money".
What exactly would you call "expedited" or "taken very seriously" here?
You did exactly nothing to help, and every your action was hostile. The whole thing started January 19, ended with us winning charge back May 26. It's not a bad mood day, it's enough time to measure what is your "usual practice".
I caution against doing any business with Fabricsight with anything more than maybe 20 euro deals for one-time passion projects and only if you don't mind being ripped off.
