Great experience from start to finish! Customer services was helpful and provided many options for project need. Fabric was priced VERY well and had FREE SHIPPING. Fabric arrived perfectly and was exactly the same as samples order prior. #1 for online fabric and can not wait to order again.
Fabric Wholesale sold us fabric that was covered in brown spots that looked and smelled like feces. When I brought it up to their customer support at first, they didn't even acknowledge the health hazards and kept using the words 'if the fabric arrived damaged' like it wasn't clear in the several photos I provided that it obviously arrived damaged. Because we were on a tight deadline, we were unable to return the fabric to receive a replacement, so we had to handwash each and every panel. When I brought this up to support, they said that because we 'altered the fabric' by washing it, we are no longer able to get a partial refund or future discount. Terrible business practices.
Thank you Fabric direct particularly Katie who was so patient with my indecision on fabric and requests of so many fabric samples. Very helpful and fabric arrived within a couple of days top company and dare I say fabric was much cheaper than with local suppliers .

Taking way too long to fulfill my order (even in Covid-times). Been waiting 3.5 weeks and it has not even shipped! Phone system says use email, email gets no response. I have sent several emails, left 3 VM’s. I will have to dispute with paypal.
