The coffee beans and the price are good, but the delivery is long and inconvenient (sometimes they deliver to the apartment as requested, but sometimes for no reason they leave at some post office).
There were also payment problems they couldn't solve for long.

It is the best coffee I got in Portugal. I have their subscription plan and it always arrives fresh and top quality.

Fábrica takes its coffee seriously, and it's clear from the moment you step inside. The space has the familiar industrial-minimalist aesthetic that Lisbon cafés love, but here it feels authentic rather than forced. The coffee is roasted in-house, and the beans speak for themselves with clean profiles and no burnt bitterness masquerading as "strong." Fábrica delivers a level of consistency that most cafés only pretend to achieve.

The staff knows what they're doing. They'll vary between friendly and efficiently neutral, depending on how busy the place is. Service is generally quick, even during peak hours, and the music and atmosphere are energizing without being too loud.

Their pour-overs and flat whites are the standouts. The pastries and food options are decent, not remarkable, but good enough to justify lingering. The coffee justifies the visit, not the brunch plates.

If you want a place where the quality of the beans matters and the experience isn't diluted by gimmicks, Fábrica is one of the few spots in Lisbon that consistently delivers.
