Unacceptable service
I've been trying to contac the customer service for 10 days to return a jacket unsuccessfully. Yesterday, finally I could but I didn't get the confirmation email that I have returned it. Service should be easier and faster.

Total scam
I ordered several items which they told me should be shipped in 1-2 days. After ordering I canceled the VIP membership since I don't want to pay 50 euro's a month. I never heard anything about why it was waiting so long until I kept contacting them. Then I received the message that 'items' were not in stock, without the mention of which items these were and if I could cancel and order again (thereby of course again becoming a VIP member). However, when checking their website I realised that actually all items I ordered WERE in stock. Basically I ordered something and they do not want to ship it to me (since I am not a VIP member) and therefore are making it as annoying as possible until I cancel the order....

Sometimes the website doesn't update the items availability so fast, so you can see some items as available but they actually aren't. You can purchase some other articles and if you don't want to become VIP, there is an option without the discount.

I love the leggings
I love the leggings, really great material and looks amazing!
What I don't like: the website version for the phone it's horrible, super slow and full of bugs... Another thing that could improve, the delivery time, it took almost 10 days to receive the last time I bought.

VIP program is a legal scam
I am giving fabletics a one star review because I believe the "VIP" program is a scam and should be illegal. Joining the VIP program (which gives certain discounts) involves authorizing a monthly deduction from your bank account to acquire "credits" in the store. These can only ever be spent in the store. If you don't want to pay this money monthly (EUR 49.95), you have to go into the website and "skip" the month by the 4th of every month. If you miss this date, the money comes out of your account and only exists as store credit. I had tried to be proactive in skipping each month - but then recently I tried to opt out of promotional emails - and somehow, this included the monthly reminder to skip the payment. I finally got around to calling (you can not simply unsubscribe on the website) to unsubscribe from the VIP program - they offered to reimburse my last payment in exchange for remaining in the program - which of course I did because it was worth 50 euros. It was only at that point which I learned that I had already been charged nearly 100 euros during the previous 2 years for having failed to skip the month properly. So now I must go shopping for crap that I don't need or want just so as not to lose the cash. I say 'crap' - because the one order that I made over 2 years ago included a bikini and a bag. The bikini is fine. The bag however was awful quality and the seams shredded within the first 2 weeks of use. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE VIP PROGRAM. Of course, I take responsibility for accepting the T&C and all the small print, but the model is set up to cheat customers, and should not be permitted in my opinion. The discounts are not worth it.

We tried to make an order online, we put all our information in without a problem but always got redirected back to the website with all the items still in our shoppingbasket and no order placed. I tried to call customer service, the first time they were helpful, the second person hang up on me as did the third one. You would also expect from an international company that no matter in what country you order, your customer service can help you further in English. This is simply unacceptable.
