Trying to return items for 2 months with no refund

I’ve been trying to return items from an order for over 2 months and still waiting on my return. They take no accountability for packages that have been delivered to their Canadian location, but somehow never make it to their US warehouse because the tracking we have as customers only allows us to track to whatever location in Ontario they have. They refuse to pull Canada post labels generated for the returns from your account if you’ve lost or misplaced the receipt from Canada post that you get upon drop off. Previously I waited over 1 year for a confirmation on a return item I sent in and got an exchanged item for.

This company is so frustrating to deal with especially with returns/exchanges and cancelling your membership. I stated 4 times in the chat with customer service that I wanted to cancel my membership before they actually proceeded to do so.

I’m a brand new vip member

I’m a brand new vip member, I waited for my credit nd now that’s it’s come, virtually NOTHING in the credit section is in my size. VERY FRUSTRATING

i really don't enjoy shopping on your…

i really don't enjoy shopping on your website. I have been a member twice now. The first time for 4 years and this time for just over a year. I love the quality of the clothes, but so often things don't fit well, particularly the tops and bras. I find navigating the website frustrating but the worst part is when i finally do find something I'm willing to take a risk on, you are sold out of my size. I have used my last 2 membership credits and cashed in my rewards and I am going to cancel my membership. Oh and returns are NOT hassle free, the last two pairs of pants I tried to return were apparently not eligible for return. Having this automatic charge on my credit card every month has just become such a nuisance and having to remember to skip adds unnecessary stress on my already hectic to do list. Sorry Fabletics, its just not worth the hassle.

I’m a plus size girl and never have I…

I’m a plus size girl and never have I ever found a legging that lasts and feels good. I have had my longest pair of leggings for over 5 years. Considering my legs rub when I walk and I wear at least 3 times a week and wash them everytime. I must say they are worth every penny. Thank you fabletics for giving me a legging to feel good in.

I think they have good products but...

I think they have good products but I was basically forced into a subscription based VIP subscription program to make a purchase in the first place.
Next, why have a Canadian website when I can't use my Canadian PayPal account for a payment. It just feels a little shady when I see that.
Thirdly, I was told I received a confirmation receipt after placing an order. Haven't seen any such noticifcations as of yet.

Haven't received my items yet neither have I received my receipt. Hope to update this as soon as I do.

I woulda gave a 5 star but for months…

I woulda gave a 5 star but for months now this place is able to take out the money for my credit but any time I tried to order weirdly it would say my bank declines it? How strange " sarcasm" i had to finally get a new card just so I could use the 6 credits I had built up

I love Fabletics, but

I love Fabletics. As a bigger girl, some thicker fabric on thw inner thighs would help with the holes that form from rubbing. My only other issue is the fact that I ordered some sorts on sale. They show as delivered, but I never received them. I contacted support, they cancelled and reissued the order. The order has been "Processing" since July. I've contacted support several times. I still haven't received the shorts and the order still says "Processing". I don't know what to do anymore. I don't want a refund, I want the shorts at the sale price I paid.

Literally diabolical

Literally diabolical. First of all, the VIP subscription is a scam. Secondly, why do you have to scroll 1,000's of the same items in different variations. Just have one option for that item and choose the colour, length etc. from that one option, it would make the UXP much better. Finally, what is the point in having all of those variations in colours and patterns for shorts with no tops to match? The only reason i am ordering again is because i forgot to cancel this ridiculous subscription but I will be doing so now.
