In my order I specified to buy Jennik shoes with EVA rubber sole. The parcel contained shoes with leather soles. As the shoes are autumn/spring season shoes, I had to have the sole repaired by gluing extra rubber reinforcement, which cost extra money. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Mindaugas

A few days ago I have ordered sneakers Fabi55, size 42. i received the box from Fabi but inside was another shoes witch I hadn’t order.

I have ordered boots and dress. I got one mail with shiping details and one tracking number. So i expected one delivery. After some time delivery come(only boots) and the boots was model that i didn’t order. I send a mail to your custom servise, they answer me after 2 days and after my second mail. Dress come 4 days after wrong boots! Sorry, but this is bit what i expected from fabi! Also, all of this was 7 days ago. Today courier come to take wrong boots, the one i have order and pay i didn’t got yet :(

Dear Fabi, I love Fabi shoes and I am a frequent customer, but disappointed that shipping and returning is not free of charge, I payed 36 € both ways, because the size of the boots was unusual big for size 40. Hope this will improve Fabi customer support!

Fabi shoes never disappointed me the last 7 years. The quality of the shoes, the comfort and the aesthetics are second to none. Since I tried Fabi I stopped buying other brands.

I placed 2 orders for boots. They arrived quickly and in a good condition. Good quality. One pair did not fit me so I decided to return it, printed out the return label and saw that there were no shipping label. I contacted customer representative for a return shipping label, and they told me that I had to pay for the shipping myself to the carrier. I ended up paying $70 for the return shipping!!! In their return policy on the website it's said that the purchase price will be refunded except for the shipping fees which implies that they would pay for the return shipping and deduct from the purchase price. Usually, stores have a discount for shipping became of the volume they ship and shipment does not cost more than $35-40. My return cost me $70 on $260 boots!!! Waiting for the refund.
