Unfortunately, they sent me two different shoes. Of course they reimbursed me (they weren't able to find the second missing shoe of the pair...), but still it is not a very good shopping experience. The shoes were very nice...

I got my order a couple of days after payment and have been constantly updated about the delivery time . I have been buying Fabi shoes for over 30 years and I have never had any problems whatsoever . I am utterly satisfied with their quality and service .

Return of shoes from Bosnia and Herzegovina
I return your shoes from Bosnia and Herzegovina and you tell me that you have to charge me the customs duty for the shoes that were returned from the customs warehouse. The shoes did not even pass the customs procedure. I duly paid you and sent a note to return the shoes, but I have not yet received an answer or a refund. I've been waiting a month for someone to take pity on me and answer me. A disaster. I am a regular customer of yours who has seven pairs of your shoes at home. I think after this attitude I will stop buying your products.

A bit disappointed
Great shoes, but I could see the items were exposed in a store as the shoes were tried out and had correspondent marks. Dirty and broken box, dirty dust bag..not what you expect for a decent amount. Overall customer experience was affected by the shoes condition and overall presentation. Beautiful models with a soft leather, also very comfortable.
