I ordered items for a party which were faulty. As I did not inform them immediately (they were unopened as I was saving them for the party) they refused to exchange or refund. I will not be using them again.

It does state in our terms and conditions that any faults/damages be reported within 48hrs of receiving the order. We always allow a couple more days but you have had the order for almost a month before contacting us.

Halloween Flashing LED Pumpkin Twin Pot
Item ordered was a Halloween Flashing LED Pumpkin Twin Pot Pack. This item was supposed to be small button batteries, yet what was received defies belief. There were wires through the items totally unlinked in an extreme amateur nobble of the product, like a really bad diy job. The true battery compartments on the items had no metal connections, and a tacky make shift rigging of wires had been added to a seperate, small platic battery pack, which clearly are not from or for the items. This Halloween ceramic pot set was "Not Fit For Purpose" and should NEVER have been sent out. Worst product ever received and this Company will Never get another order!!

An item is missing from my order I have explained this multiple times on chat and sent a photo and instead of just dealing with it I'm being asked to repeat myself on which item is missing with no resolution. It shouldn't take multiple days to deal with one missing item. And I shouldn't have to ask almost 24 hours later for an acknowledgement that they received photos they asked for.
