Do not rent as a student with them

Rented with them for 11 months
- Did not believe us about certain things that needed repairs, including fire hazards
- Did not maintain garden as they said they would, instead waiting until the grass was above waist high
- Did not respond to our concerns
- Took multiple days to respond to urgent repairs such as heating
- Very patronising
- The group chat was with the whole family rather than giving us one point of contact to air our concerns making it difficult to keep up with any issues
- Took months to give us our checkout report and still have not responded to our disagreements with the report
