Unresponsiv, no support
Despite advertising a contact number 09 2421271 and contact email customercare at fabcartridges.co.nz with phone support 8 am – 5:30 pm on working days, the phone is not answered and email is ignored. Reviews datd from 2021 to June 2023 but none since.
Orders replaced are not delivered.

I used this company 2 years ago and they were excellent. However the site now operates as a scam. DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY They will take your money and goods will never arrive.
Buyer Beware
If you paid by credit card, you can have it reversed by your card holder.

Scam - ordered inks, tried to contact no response. and no inks. Will visit at 182 Lake Road Belmont, though it is a residential address and I doubt they are still there. They have 2 bank account numbers, the second on the pro forma invoice is a Kiwibank number. Have notified my bank.

I've just had the same experience
I've just had the same experience. Ordered online, got confirmation of order but no product. Left emails and telephone messages but no reply. Fortunately I used PayPal so I can claim a refund.

This company takes your money on line, sends an email confirming purchase and then no further contact. I’ve tried phoning and email. I think they have closed down but still take your money and don’t send any product
