We visited Watford Fab Furniture earlier in the month and Keith helped us. He provided a fantastic service, he really cared and listened to what we wanted. He was refreshing to deal with when it comes to Sales and had a personal touch, it makes a lot of difference when buying as it never felt like he rushed us to buy a sofa and it was important to get the right one for our family.
Poor Quality and worse customer service
This company is using sub standard foam in their products. We have a sofa that is less than 2 years old and another 2 years left to pay and the bottom has fallen out of it. They have just told us to live with it and can not repair even if we wish to pay. This has happened after the frame had to be repaired after delivery. Back to using my 15 year old Sofa in the spare room as its in better shape.

Never buy anything from this company again!!!
Where do I start, ordered a table and four chairs from this company. Told it would take 5 weeks to deliver. Took over 3 months to deliver, then was sent one odd coloured chair. Took over another 4 months to deliver correct chair, after numerous phone calls. They eventually brought new replacement chair but still took old one away. Wasn't offered a penny in compensation, said they didn't do that!!!! What kind of company does this??? Plus after 18 months one of the chair back frames has collapsed, which has barely had any use as we only generally use 2 chairs, unless we have company. Called the help line and they said there was nothing they could do as it wasn't covered by their so called lifetime warranty???? And that we didnt take out more expensive aftercare, of which we shouldn't have had to take out in the first place. Other companies usually do this as a natural part of their customers policy. So now we are left with a chair we can't use. We paid alot of money for the table n chairs. Absolutely fuming. Very bad aftercare. Awful service from the start. Wouldn't ever buy from them again, and would never recommend them.
Poor customer service
I have had my sofa which was purchased from Fabb Furniture less than one year. In this time I have had to have all of the based cushions replaced due to the seams tearing. My chaise cushion is also out of shape and does not fit on the sofa properly. The storage foot stool has also had all of the screws fall out of it too so the lid is just in my hand rather than attached to the base. In October I rang and reported an issue with my chaise cushion. I was told this would take 3 weeks to arrive. We are now mid way through March and this has still not been resolved. The customer service is so poor. Just send you round in circles and you honestly never get anywhere. I do not recommend buying from this company. We're now left with a sofa less than a year old which is falling apart day by day. Worst part is, the sofa and footstool are barely used as we are at work during the day so this only gets used after 6pm and on weekends. Would hate to see what it would look like if we were home more!

Don't buy from fabb furniture because Fabb it ain't.the warranty they offer isn't worth the paper it's written on.yet another problem with chair riser motor arm snapped now awaiting a letter from lazy boy to tell me how much to fix.according to not so fabb furniture it's out of warranty but on their warranty information motors covered for 2 years.already had a new frame absolute rubbish DONT BUY
Terrible company
Terrible company, wish I'd never heard of them.
We bought 2 sofas just over a year ago and the back of both of them always seemed excessively loose.
I reported this after a couple of months and they sent someone out who removed the backs and tightened up all the brackets which were too loose.
It wasn't long before they came loose again so twice more I have reported the same thing.
On both occasions they sent out technicians who did nothing.
I have since found out that to tighten up the brackets, you have to physically remove the back which they did not do.
I reported it again but was told they are not going to send anyone out because the last technician had sent in a report saying that it was satisfactory.
There are also screw points sticking out of the front of each sofa which I found during cleaning, I didn't report this straight away because it was just before Christmas and I thought I would wait till New Year, this meant that I had had the Sofas for just over the year so they said They are not going to do anything about it because the 12 months were up, even though we paid for an extra five-year cover, they said this is not covered.
Down the side of the cushions, there is a mass of staples that either haven't been knocked in or are twisted and bent, this is also something that they say is satisfactory and are going to do nothing about.
I eventually got to speak to a manager And he wanted me to send in a video so he could see the Back moving and the noise it makes, unfortunately I am blind and was unable to do this at that time because my wife was out.
He said that if he doesn't receive a video, he can only go on the photographs provided which show him nothing, therefore that was the end of the matter.
I felt very patronised and that I was being penalised for not having the gift of sight.

Awful company rubbish products!
Bought a table set about 18 months ago, cost £2500. Since having the set, the table has had to be repaired for chips a couple of times, luckily we paid £230 for the insurance. Now one of the chairs back have snapped. This chair has been sat on a handful of times as it is only take out when we have company. Contacted the insurance company who told us it is structural and to get in touch with fab, contacted fabb, they said it’s out of warranty there is nothing they can do, which they repeatedly told us over and over on the phone. Emailed a complaint and they still don’t care. They are. Multi million podiums company and even as a goodwill gesture they will do nothing. I was about to buy a sofa from them but I will never ever buy anything from them again. Products are rubbish not good quality at all! Rubbish products rubbish company, shocking customer service. Never again. Avoid at all costs. Save your money!
5 Star Service - Zero Stars for Delivery
5 Star Customer Service. Zero stars for delivery....Fabb Furniture used a third party delivery company called Prestige Furniture
Logistics. I was informed the day before that my sofa would be delivered between 8-11am. So I arranged for someone to be here to assist me because I'm physically disabled. On the day of delivery, the time changed to 12-3pm, which meant I couldn't rearrange support. The online tracker service was good and accurate. Once I was next in line, I got a call from the driver asking to confirm my address. I live in a new build, so he asked me to text him instructions, which I did. He also mentioned about the £100 delivery charge to be paid. I said that's fine and confirmed I'm paying by card, for which he replied cash only. I said I don't keep that kind of cash at home and I was told by customer services and the store that you accept card payments. The driver said I can only accept cash and asked me to go out and get it. I told him I am physically disabled and I am unable to go out and get the cash. He then suggested someone else get it for me. I said I have a carer coming but they would have to wait for her to arrive. I then called the Milton Keynes store who I placed the order with, they confirmed the driver shouldn't be taking cash and they called customer service on my behalf. While waiting for a call back, I called the driver again to see how far away he was. He said 30 mins away, I told him my carer won't be here for at least an hour and I don't know what to do. He then said, don't worry you can pay by bank transfer. I was so frustrated because he insisted 3 times for cash and never mentioned the bank transfer option even after I told him I couldn't physically go out. It all seemed very peculiar. Customer Services then called me back and I told them the driver just offered for me to pay via bank transfer and what happened. When they delivered the sofa, one of them didn't speak any English and the other guys English wasn't great. I also didn't like it that there were smoking when they arrived and then unpacking my sofa and touching it with smokey fingers, made me cringe, because I'm quite particular with my things. Plus I felt uncomfortable about the cash situation. I'm happy to discuss further if you give me a call

I have had the worst experiance of my life with this Company.never buy a sofa from them if you want it to last more than 1 year. The foam they use appears to be sub standard. And after 6 months use will drop by 3 to 4 inches and they will not repair or replace so please stay away from this store

Avoid this company we bought a sofa and bed when the bed came after a few days we called the salesman as the mattress wasn’t as firm as the one we tried … he claimed it was the right one now after 12 months it’s really squashy and the sofa has dipped at 1 end once we complained we got to pay a fee for them to come out as it’s 2 weeks over three 12 months we were never told about this or given paperwork all they want is sales after care is pathetic won’t be buying from there again

Do not ever buy anything from Fabb furniture.
I’ve spent nearly £5000 on furniture, including sofas, from Fabb Furniture. They promised a lifetime warranty, assuring us they would fix any issues with the products, even replacing them if needed. They also encouraged us to purchase additional insurance for £300. Within just seven months, one arm of the sofa arm broke completely, but they sent someone to repair it. A few months later, the structure of the sofa deformed, and now they refuse to address any defects after one year. We’re still paying off the loan for this furniture, as we don’t have the money to pay upfront.
When we complained about the issues, they told us there was nothing they could do, stating that it wasn’t a manufacturer’s fault. As a result, Fabb refused to honor the warranty. The sofas are incredibly uncomfortable now, and there’s no foam left in the arms.
After purchasing from Fabb, we discovered local stores offering much better products—at one-third of the price—along with more attractive designs. I believe many of the positive reviews on their site are fake and seem to be added for their benefit. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against buying anything from Fabb Furniture.
Don't be fooled by friendly staff!!!
You won't see an ad on TV, why? They strategically place themselves in retail parks right next to DFS and other furniture outlets. We were on the way to but a new sofa and came across this place. You are greeted with open arms and over attentive staff, great persuasion and selling. We bought a set and were promised 12 weeks to be delivered. 8 months, I REPEAT, 8 months later we received our furniture. Countless chasing, phone calls and delay after delay. Awful customer service. After reading many reviews on trust pilot I worry about the integrity of our sofa.
You read most relevant comments and feel at ease. Switch it to most recent and you will get a true picture of how terrible this company is

Awful company! Ordered some furniture back In November, 2 months late from the original delivery date, charged us £80 for delivery by a random company with no contact information, told us the delivery will be between 6:45 am and 9:45 am, just been told that it won't be delivered until 1pm as the delivery slot sent to us was wrong, no apologies just that it is class as an all day delivery which we were not told about l, save your money and go elsewhere

Do not make the mistake of trying this retailer.
To be honest I would rather give no stars as my experience with Fabb Furniture has been absolutely beyond appalling, disappointing and frustrating.
I have had to constantly follow them up to get any information. Not once have they actually contacted me after a nearly 6 month wait for furniture which should have been delivered within a month. They have been unapologetic and at times rude. I will never make the mistake of buying from them again. I would urge you never to buy from them.

Read the small print!!!! Lifetime warranty translates to, if you PAY an extortionate rate for an assessor to visit and tell you what you already know, then the repair will be done free of charge!

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you want the correct sofa do not go near these cowboys.
6 months before we got a refund for the wrong sofa delivered. There customer service is non existent and the sales people in the shop are only helpful when their after the sale. After that they don't want to know.
We we're lied and lied to over a 6 month period. Eventually got the refund for the deposit but were still waiting on the finace to be cancelled/ monies paid refunded.
PLEASE JUST DONT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU WANT WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!
