Cyberbullying and harassment
Someone from this organisation has been harassing me online. They revealed their identity after posting a harassing and offensive review on my personal TrustPilot page which shouldn’t exist but somehow does. They used a false persona for the review but gave an email address from this organisation when asked for more information. They then removed their review. However, since TrustPilot have changed their verification process so that they no longer require a name or an email address when asked to provide more information this individual has posted numerous false reviews that have become increasingly frivolous and menacing in nature. Their last review crossed a line into sexual harassment and cyberbullying and resulted in a major incident and a subsequent search and rescue operation. Consequently, TrustPilot have closed my personal TrustPilot page to any new reviews while they investigate the source of yesterday’s obscene and malicious review. The Police have informed me that I have grounds to launch a criminal investigation for malicious communications against the individual who I suspect was behind this obscene review. Therefore, if TrustPilot inform me that it was this person then that is exactly what I intend to do. In the meantime I hope this company enjoys all the extra unpaid work that comes with having an entry in this delightful reviews site which has caused me so much pain and misery over the years. Even if this company manages to get this review removed their TrustPilot page will remain and leave a permanent mark on their online presence. While I believe TrustPilot have a lot to answer for in relation to their business model and practices one has to wonder what motivated the individual from this company to act alone and drag Foundry37 into disrepute. To reiterate, they gave an email address from Foundry37. While I eagerly await Foundry37’s response I feel it is only right to warn them that any further abuse or harassment will only strengthen my case against them/this individual.
