I ORDERED MY PRODUCT BACK MARCH 15, 2019, AND NEVER RECEIVE THE PRODUCT THEY GIVE ISSUE TRACKING NUMBERS THAT DIDN'T EVEN CORRESPOND TO MY PACKAGE AND THEN GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND WHEN YOU ASK FOR A REFUND CLAIMING IT WILL TAKE 5-7 DAYS, THEY'RE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY THEY WOULD POST A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER YOU DON'T EVER GET A LIVE PERSON NOR A CALL BACK.....IT DIDN'T TAKE 5-7 DAYS TO TAKE THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR THE PRODUCT AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED TO ME. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. THEY'VE IGNORED ALL MY EMAILS. I ENDED UP BUYING THE SAME PRODUCT FROM A DIFFERENT WEBSITE FOR LESS MONEY AND RECEIVED MY PACKAGE IN LESS THAN A WEEK FROM ORDERING.....DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY NEVER IN YOUR LIFE....BUNCH OF SCUM BAG CROOKS......DO THE RIGHT THING EZUSBUY.COM RETURN PEOPLES MONEY BACK .....GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY

Order almost $100.00 of things they sent me a fake tracking number emailed them multiple times they reassured me it was coming, then told me it got lost. So they asked me to pay $2.99 for insurance shipping so I did. waited 3 more months. Did not come now they are rejecting my emails. I saved all my emails conversations with them also proof i paid for my product. Now how can i get this fixed

I have ordered my item since May 16th, then I received a fake tracking number. I contacted them and they said they had some trouble and made me buy the item again. Supposed to be at no extra cost but they made a shipping charge. I still don’t have my product and they said that it should arrive between September 16 to 18th, and unless a miracle happens and it arrives tomorrow I am afraid I have been scammed. So sad I did not look further before ordering. I’m so disappointed!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could give no stars, I would. This is a bogus company. My order was never sent. I was given a fake tracking number. I contacted the USPS and there was no such number. I received emails saying my order was on the way and was given promised dates. When those dates came and went, i demanded a refund. I'm still waiting. I put a claim in with the BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered this back in April, and in May they sent a tracking number with a date that it was supposed to arrive around June 9th. Never saw the product, and when I went to contact them...they won't reply to my message asking where my product is, and they removed a comment I made explaining that I hadn't received the product I had paid for. Still nothing, and I am out my money as well. TOTAL SCAM AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ezusbuy provides good customers services for their clients. Best online sale products site. I think all is good. Highly Recommended...

I ordered from them back in May. I’ve received a few fake tracking numbers and told they lost my item and to reorder it. Supposed to be at no extra cost but they charged a shipping charge. I still don’t have my product and they won’t respond to me or refund my money!! I’m so disappointed!!!

I ordered from them Last year. They sent me several Fake tracking numbers, then told me they would refund my money and never got my product or money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered product and received tracking details quickly, I received a Great product, excellent delivery time.
Will shop again with this great service.

This company is terrible! I placed an order in April and it never arrived and instead of a refund I was told to reorder and I still have not received my order! I have sent several emails and tried calling and I get no responses!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Awful. Ordered July 4th and received nothing. Have emailed and called and get run around, was sent a fake shipping number. Asked for refund, still nothing. Major SCAM operation. Hope they go down soon.

this company is TERRIBLE! It's been 2 months n two weeks since I ordered and I can't get anyone to help me and have been trying to get a straight answer no one seems to care. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and I will be letting my bank know that I never received my order and I will get a refund of my order even though I have 6 or 7 so called "Ticket number's" every time I reached out they are giving me excuses. but I know they are not doing a thing! This company is TERRIBLE, DON'T BUY FROM THEM, ANY PROBLEMS YOU WILL NEVER GET ISSUES SOLVED WITH THE VENDOR. All these nice reviews they have is False! I’m waiting for my money back.

HORRIBLE. I will never order from them again. Long and frustrating story short I never got my item, so they cancelled my order. They said they processed my refund, yet here it is 8 days later (after their stated 5-7 business days) and I still don't have my money back. I am not sure what I can do. Maybe I will contact my bank and say its fraud since I can't seem to ever get a straight answer out of them. Be warned... Don't order.

Be warned - these people are thieves. I placed an order on 1st August and by 15th August it still hadn't shipped. I contacted the company and they replied saying that it had only been 9 business days since I placed the order (they obviously can't count) and said that it was almost done processing. On the 19th August I contacted them again as it still hadn't shipped and they said it would ship 2 days later. I asked how much longer it would be for delivery and was told another 2 - 3 weeks. I wasn't prepared to wait that much longer having already waited almost 3 weeks so I asked to cancel the order, which they said I couldn't do! I said this was unacceptable so they agreed to cancel the order and that I would be refunded within 5 - 7 business days. I didn't receive a cancellation confirmation so I contacted them again on 25th August, and they sent this over, claiming that it would be another 5 - 7 business days for a refund, as they didn't cancel the order on the 19th when instructed (presumably so they could hold on to my money). It is now 3rd September and they've still got my money! I have chased them and been ignored so will now be reporting them for fraud. I recommend avoiding this company unless you want to be scammed!

It seems this company likes to take people's money & send them bs responses that the product they ordered is on the way. I've been promised multiple different delivery dates, yet they keep failing to send me the product I ordered, a real tracking number, or a refund. My order was placed at the end of June. Its nearly the end of August. This company is nothing but a SCAM!!!! I wish I could give them no stars!

I seriously don't know how this company has any positive reviews. I would seriously doubt the truth in any of them. This is a total buyer beware. This company did not even respond to complaints filed through agencies like the Better Business Bureau and they have a growing case against this company. I ordered in May. Still have not received a product or a refund.

I ordered (order #18978) merchandise from this company on May 23, 2019 and still haven’t received it. I have sent SEVERAL emails asking for a tracking number and the status of my order and still as if today July 22, 2019, I haven’t received anything. I had to contact my credit card company, file a dispute and I forwarded them all of the corresponding emails where they kept saying I should be getting it within this or that timeframe to show that I attempted to resolve the issue. Now they have to investigate and contact/ go after this company...COMPLETE FRAUD AND ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I have been trying for 3 months to get Zeus buy to send me the product I bought. They have replied to 3 of my emails but have never followed through. I still don’t have me product or my refund and now they completely ignore me. Worst company ever!!
