Purchased a Murphy bed which their website indicated would take 12 days to arrive. 1.5m later and not a peep from them. Only respond after weeks of emails to say the bed is delayed. Have been trying to get a refund from them and due to poor response times raised a CC dispute. Now their excuse is that they can’t refund due to the CC dispute. All whilst trying to get a bed for a terminally ill family member. Stay clear of this company.

STAY CLEAR OF EZSPACE. We received damaged good and they refuse to take it back. You cannot contact them all is done with AI reply. The worse furniture company in Australia. We are now launching a complaint with Fair trading department for a full refund. THEY refuse a full refund. STAY CLEAR. 4 months now they refuce the refund.

I ordered a bunk bed with added roll out storage. Ended up receiving the bed without the storage I paid for. Been sending them emails and they dont respond, only AI chatbot. Be warned they don't help if anything is missing or wrong in your order and there is no way of contacting them so you can easily get scammed.

Avoid, save yourself the pain ... parts didn't arrive, then arrived some 4 weeks later. Instructions were for wrong wall bed.

Parts didn't fit, had to find my own parts from bunnings to replace the shody parts.

Spent 12 hours with a cabinet maker and it still is not finished and needs to go in the skip

Customer services ghost you, unresponsive or just delay responding and string you along.

Do not recommend at all.

Item not received. Refund promised and promised then they changed their mind. Out of pocket & not happy

Awful product and customer service. Bed was badly damaged in multiple places. Looked like it was second hand and had been built before. Holes weren't drilled properly, instructions missing multiple components.
Bed was extremely unstable once built and wasn't safe enough for child to sleep in. Ended up having to take apart bed and all pieces are now sitting in my garage.
Customer service was terrible, no contact phone number or ability to talk to someone even though we requested assistance multiple times. No evidence of a resolution just precanned responses to email requests. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY!!!!

I purchased a bunk bed from this company. Shipping was exceptionally slow, the product is chinese flatpack garbage, there was no organisation of pieces, numbers missing rom half the parts, the assembly was the worst flat pack experience of my life. Multiple (and I mean a dozen or more) parts were damaged and they wanted to offer to replace them or offer measly partial refund. The finished product is wobbly and the finish is bad, not worth the premium price tag.
They have a terrible returns policy and try to make it impossible to get any money back for a change of mind. Stick with a reputable company and stay away from this one, their products do not live up to the way they look on the website or the price tag attached.

The left half of the queen bed frame is 60mm narrower than the right half. None of the timber slats will fit. Bed frame is also crooked and grates against the side. 25% of the pree drilled bolt holes don't align.
Supplied mattress is latex and slumps when lifted vertical. Strap does not hold in place. Foam would be more suitable.
I will consider fixing the review if they come to pick up and supply and assemble a new bed for wasting my time.

Basically these guys don't have physical stock in the country, they sell from what I can only assume is a chinese producer.

As such I have been waiting +3 months for some of the parts for my sons bed, not so much as a peep from the company, a botched delivery which I am highly dubious of and another month delay in shipping the remaining parts.

Personally I would recommend going to a genuine UK seller and saving yourself the frustration of waiting for these clowns to send you goods you ahve paid for long before.

They messaged to say hey no problem, you should have it delivered by the time you read our message. This is the extent of their laughable customer service. No substantive apology, just excuses and lame duck promises which have no substance.

Suffice to say 2 out of 4 parcels for my order are still missing and only one has a revised and updated delivery notice. Which no is not as described prior to reading their message.
