Very good and stable desk, pretty easy to build after I figured out the parts as they didn't have labels stuck on them or the packaging, have been told this is being rolled out with their new stock which is really nice.

When I ordered I had several emails from them informing me where to go if I need help and they even have a how to put together the desk video which was very helpful. Wish all companies were like this.

Desk was delivered 2 days after I placed the order, almost as fast as Amazon. Will definitely be dealing with this company again in the future.

Good quality product at an excellent price.

The product is really good and the customer service was fine. We received that quicker than we thought it will be delivered in our area.

Table arrived with a faulty part and I was unable to adjust the height on one side. I advised customer service and they sent me out a replacement part (took a little over a week to arrive). However, I now have to disassemble the whole table (took 4 hours to build) in order to check if this part will fix the fault and then build it from scratch again. Would not recommend purchasing from here in future.

Easy to order and rapid delivery. The item itself was realtively easy to put together, though the table top being two seperate pieces was obscured - but thats a minor issue. The instructions were a tad unclear but once figured out pretty easy to follow.

The item is stury, the raiser works really well and it is a great piece of kit.

There were some delays in my shipping but Will has been really responsive to my queries, and he followed up to make sure my item was shipped asap. The standing desk I ordered was of really good quality too.

The desk itself is very good, managed to put it together in a couple of hours. The only thing I would say is that the instructions are not massively clear. SImply labelling the different types of screws and bolts and referring to them in the description would make life an awful lot easier. Also, my instructions referred to a cover for the desk motor which I didn't have in the package.

However, for the price, and the quality of the desk itself there are little complaints once it's up and running.

Product is perfect, I went for the gaming desktop with the desk top being in 2 parts. Was a little dubious but happy to report it is fine.
Found the video very helpful for assembly.
Warning to others if the metal bar that joins in the middle 'buckles' in middle it's because the legs have moved in too much. And the joiner on that also makes you think it might not be in, but it is in. At least that was my experience. I put it up by myself, with no problems other than what I commented above. Very glad I decided to go with the standing mat too, almost didn't. I use my desk for work, I work about 50 hours a week. Very glad I decided to invest in the sit stand desk.

Great desk
Really difficult to assemble with unclear instructions

Just ordered and received my desk, I was not about for delivery, but the caretakers took delivery for me apparently it was falling apart so badly they had to use heavy tape to reseal the package as a favour to me. One thing I should also mention is the pictures do not show that the desktop is in 2 halves, not one board as expected given the site's pictures. So will see how it fares and any damage to it once I put it together on Sat the 13th to see how sturdy it will be holding my 2 monitors safely. Will re-visit the review when done. Despite next-day delivery from DPD, I was surprised they never sent me my time slot text it's unusual hence I was not about otherwise I would have sent it straight back. Still may need to do that 2 stars was being generous. All pics on site cleverly hide the join in middle one with mouse mate another with smaller mouse mat and keyboard and other IT device? Didn't think of asking as there is no mention of it on site. unless it's in the "small Print"?, Thanks for reply i read the

Great service overall. Ordered their standing desk, good product!

Excellent product and service. Delivered quicker than they said, to the Highlands.
Only drawback is that the instructions are not at all clear, and the videos available are even more difficult as they use different models. But the actual table is brilliant and excellent value for money.

Instructions not the best, nor is the video tutorial.
Poor communication over delivery & the mouse mat not yet arrived but again no Comms explaining why.
Now the desk is up & working I'm happy enough with the product.
