Don’t call them . It’s 29 AUD call out fee on their website , but they charged me 99 , and did nothing . Just for coming and telling me that it will cost me 500 dollars if they were to do it.

DONT USE EZ LOCKSMITH
I was in need of a locksmith and called them. They quoted a $29 flat call out fee and arrive in 15 mins. I called at 2pm and they said that they could arrive between 4pm and 6pm. Which I was fine with.
Then at 5pm they called and said 6:10pm was earliest they can arrive by. They arrived at 6:20pm, quoted $245 to fix first lock and $120 to fix second lock.
AFTER the job was finished they asked for the $365 PLUS the $29 flat call out fee PLUS $150 for AFTER HOURS work despite the booking taking place at 2PM PLUS 15% Labour fee PLUS 10% GST.
YES I know I was being scammed and could have just paid the $394 but after a long day and alot of arguing I just was out of gas to arguing any further so ended up paying $600 to settle it.
