DONT USE EZ FLIGHTS
For anyone who is thinking about using EZ Flight, I would recommend that YOU DON'T. This subsidiary of JetBlue has not refunded me in the amount of $1,000 in over a year, for a JetBlue flight that was cancelled. I did everything on my part to resolve it, and they have yet to do their part even while JetBlue can see in their system that I'm owed a refund. JetBlue, will not help because they can't see the amount I paid for the flight or my credit card that was used, that is absurd. But the reason for this is because, even though I paid for the flight with my credit card, EZ flight somehow charged their credit card to pay for my flight. I don't understand how that is allowed and I was unaware of this. JetBlue is no help and referred me back to EZ Flight. EZ flight Rep Jose Rodriguez (fake name) continues to give me excuse after excuse, saying it will be another week before you get your refund, or we are processing it now, or its in queue. Lie after lie, I will never use them again. Customers should not be treated this way, using their hard earn money! And JetBlue should be ashamed of themselves for not escalating to help flyers of their planes. My next step is to make a complaint to better business bureau. Trust me when I say don't use EZ Flights, you will regret it.
